Pros: Breakfast was great.
Cons: Add more staff to front desk.
Understaffed. Had to wait a considerable amount of time to get checked in because so many people were waiting and only one person at front desk.

Overall good

My granddaughters and I enjoyed our stay. Other than the pool had to be closed, not the motels fault, it was great. Been there before and enjoyed being there.

Nice hotel close to the entrance of Estes park.

Posted May 23, 2014
Pros: The location and the rooms. The breakfast waffles were very good.
Cons: The front desk clerk seemed overwhelmed since the hotel was full and people were waiting to check in. Additional staff would have been helpful.
Location: Estes park is beautiful. There were many antique shops nearby.
We stayed two separate nights, once in a double queen, once in a king suite.

Excellent hotel

Posted May 19, 2014
Pros: Everything
Location: Gorgeous, quiet, nice, shops, restaurants, lakes.
Friendly staff, good choices for a complete breakfast, normal gym and pool. The room was very comfy and clean overall. Loveland in a beautiful town with restaurants, shops and lakes. The hotel has an excellent view to the Rockies.

Quiet part of town

Posted May 14, 2014
Pros: It is a newer hotel with nicely appointed baths. There are lots of pillows and some sort of mattress cover to help make the bed more comfortable
Cons: Better breakfast selection for "to-go" options would be nice.
Location: I stayed in town for a class, and didn't do any exploring. It is not within walking distance to town.
The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. My drawbacks were that I found a used band aid in the bath room; the adjacent restaurant was having their carpets cleaned early in the morning, so it was a little loud; there isn't much soundproofing as I could hear people upstairs and doors shutting in the hallway; and lastly the breakfast didn't have any plain bagels, only cinnamon raisin and limited fruit.
