Very nice, quiet hotel in suburban Ft Collins, near shopping and easy to get to. It is also near neighborhoods if you are visiting friends/family. Easy drive to Old Towne and the nearby foothills/reservoir park/ Horsetooth Mountain

Much better accommodations than I expected. The rooms were amazing, the staff very helpful and friendly, all the services were wonderful. Location is on the east side of Ft. Collins which is a bit far if you are involved in CSU activities....but a great place to stay!

“Comfort in Fort Collins”

This hotel is in a great location, close to old town Fort Collins and CSU campus (about a 12 minute drive). It offers easy accessibility to and from Interstate 25. The room was comfortable, complete with fireplace and kitchen. We had a non-smoking room which was great, but there were smokers who propped open the doors and stood right outside to smoke, so the hallways smelled of smoke. Pets are allowed, another great feature for those who have pets, however pet owners should be mindful of other guests.
