Nice new furniture and great bathroom!Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: New furniture
Cons: Have housekeeping check around bed/under bed. There was a water bottle or two left there from previous person
Location: Fort Collins is the best place to visit including Old part too.
Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast is delish!!!!

Ok for last minute tripPosted Jul 20, 2014
Cons: Cleanliness, TV's, carpet
Hotel was ok, nothing great. Carpet was dirty in hallway and in the room, bed was uncomfortable, TV was disappointing. For what we paid, I expect more, even for a "Budget" hotel. If there was anything else left in town, wouldn't have stayed.

Good LocationPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Easy access. The attendant at the desk asked if we preferred a quiet room or a room with good internet access.
Cons: Cooler Lobby area and having the halls and room comfortable.
Location: Denny's is right next door.
Located the Sleep Inn easily. We stayed one night in June and it worked out fine. Lobby area and Hall ways were very warm. Room was very warm but we turned on the air conditioner and it cooled down quickly. We had a non-smoking room but it did smell like someone had smoked in it before. Breakfast area was again warm and not very comfortable. Small with only 3 tables for sitting down to eat.

Recently Renovated In Modern StylingsPosted Jun 1, 2014
Pros: Design, Aesthetics, Cleanliness, Location
Cons: How about some eggs & bacon?
Location: CSU, Shops, Restaurants
This very aesthetically pleasing hotel contains all sorts of modern stylings, which is evident from your first steps inside. Once checked in & in your room, you'll find a unique shower which has the feeling of submarine to it. I've never come across anything like it but I certainly approve of the design. The room was as clean as it should be & provided all the necessities one has come to expect from a well run establishment. The complimentary breakfast was acceptable but overwhelmingly contained grains over proteins. Take note you carnivores. Overall, would definitely recommend for all short or long term visits to the area.

Cons: UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING!!
Location: Anythind outdoors is availabe for your pleasure/
Floors and wall are so thin, they may as well not exist. No fridge, microwave,or any kind of extra. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. will not stay again! TV was 20 years outdated! Won,t spend the money again!

Looks can be deceivingPosted May 5, 2014
This is a GREAT hotel! From the outside, it looks somewhat questionable. When we arrived, we realized that this hotel recently had a major makeover. Pretty nice rooms and overall interior! About 8 minutes to downtown FoCo.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. WiFi was spotty. More table needed in the breakfast area, but very nice breakfast.

Reasonable Ft. Collins hotel optionPosted Apr 18, 2014
The room was clean and comfortable, with some noise from the hallway and other rooms that was noticeable, but not overwhelming. I was impressed with the comfort of the bed and the spaciousness of the shower. The WIFI was also easy to access and reasonably fast. There were eating locations close by and close freeway access. Overall, I was comfortable enough to repeat the stay when my journey takes me to Ft. Collins.
