“Great Value”

Well maintained comfortable room. Average size room in a run-of-the-mill roadside hotel. However, it was inexpensive and a great value for the money.

For an economy rate the room was modern fresh and clean. WiFi internet worked flawlessly and the daily continental breakfast was very good. If you need an inexpensive place to stay and do not need a pool, workout room etc.. This hotel is perfect! My 5 day stay was very comfortable. On another note, the location was near perfect; the interstate highway was a block away and the road that the hotel is on takes you straight into Fort Collins' downtown eating and entertainment district. Perfect to launch your day trips from and a quick drive to dinner!

“Suprisingly Nice!”

Wasn't expecting much out of the hotel since we went for budget, but it was clean, comfortable and had a decent continental breakfast.

“Cleanliness!”

For the cost of this room, I had expected a less-than-average accomodation, especially in the area of furnishings and cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised to find that both furnishings and cleanliness were very good. This was a last minute trip to the Rockies for a friend from Denmark, and we were both very satisfied with our experience at this motel: cleanliness, furnishings, breakfast, and front desk service were all very good!

“Great place for price!”

I was pleasantly surprised when we got to the hotel. The price of the room and the other reviews I had read about this hotel convinced me to stay here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and everything was very clean. The only reason I put satisfied for the cleanliness of the room is because when I first walked in the room, it smelled like a smoking room even though it wasn't. The smell wasn't bad enough to ask for another room & I didn't notice it after I had been in there for a while. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

No Bathtub - that disappointed me, otherwise everything else was good!

2 stars is a joke the room was clean for an old hotel I felt it was great at the price I paid If yoy want everything then go pay fo everything. I truly felt this plase was a great value and I got a lot more than I paid for. thanks Matt

“Nice for the price”

Reasonably priced and included a nice continental breakfast with a variety of things to choose from. Breakfast area was pretty small though. Room was comfortable and good size. Easy to find, right off the highway with Denny's next door.
