“Great place to stay”
The name "The Sod Buster" doesn't really fit this beautiful bed and breakfast. It's an eight sided, three story house with a wrap around porch and 10 guest rooms. The tulips and apple trees were in bloom when we stayed there. The managers were very accomodating, the food was great and the rooms were clean and very nice. Located between the University of Northern Colorado campus and the Union Colony Civic Center, it is easy to get around and was perfect for out visit. The place was quiet, attractive and calm.
“Best Place to Stay in Greeley!”
This is a beautiful place to stay and Derek and Stephanie were very accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and I even got a pot of tea! Rooms are spacious and comfortable and you truly do "meet as strangers and leave as friends". We can't wait to stay here again!
“Wonderful B & B”
My husband and I stayed here a total of 4 nights and were very pleased with this establishment. The owners are wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The food was marvelous and plentiful. We would definitely recommend the SodBuster to anyone staying in the Greeley area.

A nice oasis in the heart of town. Quiet and relaxing with friendly hosts. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

My two sisters and I spent three days at the Sodbuster. The facility is wonderful, the breakfast was such a treat - and the owners become family. We've already booked another stay. Highly recommend.

this is a superb b&b hostelry. emmaculate, charming, comfortable, delicious breakfast, great hosts. very convenient to UNC campus.

The owner's are great hosts and the breakfast is excellent. The location is just blocks from the Univ of Northern Colorado, which for us was very convenient.

Absolutely fantastic. The inn keepers were wonderful and engaging. The breakfasts were tasty and VERY filling. I hope to get another chance to stay there.
