You don't always get what you pay for

Typical Super 8 - no where near the quality of a Hampton or Fairfield Inn. No one was at the front desk at check in. Instead, a note saying "call this number and someone will be there shortly". The side "security" door did not need a card to get in. We told the staff and they said "yeah, we know". The place smelled like cigarettes everywhere too, even though they say it is a non smoking hotel. This place is not worth the $81 we paid, it should be a $50/night hotel.

Disappointing

Condition of hotel suggests lack of any maintenance commitment. Our room was missing the stopper in the sink, shower head was pulled away from wall, and toilet was barely functional. Ice machine was loudly serviced around 5 a.m. each morning, impossible to sleep through. Complimentary breakfast was terrible - overcooked eggs, overripe fruit, and minimal selection available. Cable service worked, but provided no information on programming. Rooms were clean, just terribly run-down. Would have checked out early if cancellation fee was waived.

Pool couldn't use internet didn't work only once in awhile and cable keep going off. Paid a lot for all this stuff and couldn't use it. Went to different motel and we have everything. Won't stay there again.

Best Super 8 I've stayed at so far.

The room was clean, TV was perfect, and included a micro and mini-fridge. Bedding smelled good. Had an adequate continental breakfast. Location was close enough to the interstate and stores to make it easy to like. There was a minor glitch in getting the wi fi to work, but after some minor confusion it worked fine. Definately a good hotel at this time, but like any hotel, things could change if management changes. So, I would encourage you to check the most recent reviews for reliable information.
