“Our New Get Away”

When we got to the hotel we were greeted with a smile and very friendly service! We are so close to the ocean you can hear the waves crashing! We loved it so much we are getting married there next April..We live 20 minutes away and it felt like we were so far away...We had a wonderful time!!! Easy access to everything and its all in walking distance!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

“Lovely accomodations”

Although the hotel is old our room was nicely decorated and had a beautifully updated bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with a clear view of a nice wall mounted flat screen TV. Just outside of our room was a porch with seating for two with a wonderful view of the beach and surf. There were stores and restaurants within walking distance. If I ever have reason to be in Ft Lauderdale again I would definately book the Little Inn Too again.

“Wonderful small resort!”

The LaJolla is a well maintained cozy mini resort. The staff was very helpful and friendly, but didn't hover. The bed was very comfortable. The amentities were just right, with bikes and kayaks to borrow. We appreciated that this was a family and adult resort. We will most definitely stay here again.

“Great place to stay on the beach.”

Had a great 4 night stay. The building is old, but the room had been very nicely renovated. The contiental breakfast was very sufficient with good selection of food. Regular prices a little high, but probably comparable to others on the beach. Room was clean. Need a grill, we had to go to A Little Inn to use one, but not a big deal. We hope to stay again.

“Great vacation”

This hotel was exactly what we wanted. It was in a quiet area with friendly people and staff. No crowds, clean and plenty of room. It is not a fancy place but we didn't want fancy. We will definitely go back. Location on the beach was wonderful. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops and grocery store.

“Enjoyed our stay, already going back”

We loved our stay here. You have to know the area to know that you are not going to find luxury resorts here, but cute, quaint hotels and inns. The people are friendly and the area is very pedestrian friendly. Our room was recently renovated and immaculate. We are heading back in a few weeks. If your stay is a short one, you don't even need a car, just grab a cab, and then you can walk everywhere.

“Living on Borrowed Timw”

Our room was much nicer than we expected. The location right on the beach was great. This hotel is one of the last two-story, non-high rise left on the beach and probably won't be able to stave off a big developer for too much longer. The staff were very nice and responsive. There were issues with both pools that would have been more upsetting if it was actually hot enough to go in them. We were able to walk to the town for meals, drinks etc. If you are not high-maintenance this was a great spot to relax.
