All location, needs renovation

Pros: The staff was good, close to the beach.
Cons: filthy, spaces were filled with dust and empty shampoo bottles, overall cleanliness
The room was a bit small, the tv was fine, it was new, but once I walked into the bathroom I noticed an army of ants crawling along the walls, and later found out they were all crawling towards a dead cockroach under the sink! It was disgusting, and there was dark mold on the shower handle. Seriously in need of extensive renovation and mold removal.

They told us it was a newly renovated room, the only thing they did was slap a coat of paint on the walls. The king bed was so bad we kept rolling to the center. The tub filled with water when you showered and the water was a yellow color. Will never stay there again, would not recommend it either.

When I arrived at 10 am, I was surprised to be able to check in right away. The room was right next door to the bar, but I was willing to tolerate the noise. I immediately discovered the wi-fi access in the room was not working. When I stepped outside to the pool area, it worked great. I notified the front desk and they advised the issue would be looked into. They seemed genuinely concerned. I asked to be relocated to another room. This room was very quiet, the wi-fi access was great and the bed was very comfortable. It is not as nice as other name brand chains nearby, but I have had issues with all of them, and I shouldn't for the prices I have paid at these other hotels. If your are willing to accept a basic comfortable room, the Bahia Cabana will fulfill that need. If something is not to your liking, notify the front desk and they will do whatever they can to accommodate you.

Pros: The 2nd room was very roomy. The bar and restaurant and outside entertainment were great.
Cons: Rooms need to be updated.
Location: Excellent location. Took the water taxi and walked alot.
12:45AM I went to front desk and requested room change. First room located right near an outside pool table that people were loud and playing at all hours. The outside bar TV's were on but that bar was not open. Heard every single thing as the room is not "insulated" well. There should be time limits for pool playing when guests are located near it. However; they were very accommodating and moved and upgraded my room that night.

The room it's self was OK....it was clean. Everything else was not. When we checked in we were told our room was up the street....about 300 yards up a road with no sidewalks 3 large suit cases & 90 degree weather and cars parked everywhere, you literally had to walk up the middle of the road to get to the building. When you get there you have no idea where to go....there's no front door or any indication where the entrance might be....it would have been nice under the circumstances that the hotel would have used their golf cart thing to run us up and show us in. They seem more interested in there valet parking service than the hotel business The AC barely worked, if you were siting in the chair in front of it you would be cool otherwise you will sweat If there's just one person your OK because there was only enough hot water to have a quick shower. I could go on, I have stayed in a lot of places, they should be embarrassed for what they charged for this.

Pros: The only good thing is the restaurant/bar area
Cons: Gut it and start over
Location: Location is OK, but you have to get a cab to go anyplace
A complete waste of money. This was like going back to yesteryear when motels were first started.

Cet hôtel n'est pas trop cher et est bien situé (tout près de la plage), mais il aurait besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement (rénovations). On en a quand même pour notre argent et c'est correct, compte tenu du fait qu'on passe peu de temps dans la chambre.

Hotel muito bem localizado, porém a qualidade do sono é péssima. O movimento da hidromassagem e do bar até altas horas com bêbados gritando até altes horas, não permite dormir. A manutenção do Hotel deixa a desejar. É antigo e necessita de melhores cuidados.

Hotel em mas condições gerais, mas em uma ótima localização. O maior problema foi o barulho do bar e da hidromassagem até altas horas da noite, sem as mínimas condições para dormir

Pros: Fantastic location!
Cons: Everything has to be improved. Its very dated. Reminded me of the 90's.
Location: Awesome beach directly across the road. Very nice and well maintained. So much to do if you have the cash to do it.
Great location. Everything else needs to be refurbished. No hot water, stained carpets, disgusting bedding. We couldn't wait to leave.
