“I felt i was in Paradise”

This hotel was a wonderful experience, especially coming from NYC i felt i was in paradise. The hotel is super clean in all areas, the room is clean and spacious, the marina view is beautiful and you can see parts of the ocean. If you need anything just call the front desk they will bring it right away. The pool bar restaurant is nice and affordable, there is a small deli located downstairs of the marina building, the hotel is split in two parts a high tower which has the ocean view and courtyard views and the marina building, there is a fine dinning restaurant which is too expensive and did not have variety of food but what i ate there was very good, that particular restaurant can use a more cozy touch, change of decor. However, the location is great because you are steps to A1A, las olas and tons of restaurants and shops right in front of the beach. It also has an overpass to the beach making it easy access...if you are looking for a very clean hotel, spacious room, with spectacular views and staff this is it. I had a wonderful time, my mother didn't because she hates beaches, marina stuff and thinks all hotels should have casino and live music, but that's cus she is from Puerto Rico where all hotels/resorts are set up that way. I'm staying again at this hotel for the holidays, i highly recommend this hotel, believe its worth the price.

“Great place in Ft. Lauderdale”

We really enjoyed the stay. The pool area and access to the beach were wonderful. The staff were available and friendly. The rooms appeared to have been recently updated and the views of the marina were beautiful. We would definitely stay again and in fact have already booked another stay.

“Awesome stay-will be back!”

I had read the reviews about the hotel not being up to par before we booked but for us it was awesome! The All About Food mart had really good food and really reasonably priced. Easy access to the beach by going across the walk bridge. The front staff was very helpful and nice when we checked in/out. We loved the warm chocolate chip cookies when we checked in also!! It was really close to the port for us to be able to leave on our cruise the next day.We had 2 problems with our room-the phone and the toilet didn't work but they had them both fixed within 10-15 minutes from the call, which we thought was reasonable since things happen and they responded immediately. We plan on using this hotel again when we come back down whether it be for a cruise or a weeks stay.

“great vacation”

This was our second stay. It is not a 5star hotel but it is clean comfortable and safe with a comfortable bed. The beach is close and the taxi will take you from the airport for about $20.00

“Excellent Hotel”

Enjoyed my stay at the Bahia Mar Hotel. The room was clean, the location is great. The pool and gym area are very nice. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Overall, an excellent stay.
