I called the day before to inform that we were getting in in the morning. When we arrived to the airport I called the hotel for the shuttle to pick us up and they said to wait 30 mins. After 75 mins, shuttle did not show, we decided to grab an uber and go to the hotel. After that it was ok. Front Desk Lady was very nice.

I liked everything regarding the property the only thing that was an issue was the pillows and bed, they were so hard I could literally not sleep. Everything else was great!

Smelled moldy throughout. Had to get aerosol spray and continuously spray the carpet in our room just to tolerate the odor. All other rooms were full, so we were unable to move. Breakfast was wonderful, though.

The youbg woman that checked us in was very niceamd polite. The breakfast was very good also. The ice & vending machines did not work. When i spoke to the overnight cleck he did not acknowledge me with a good morning back. Never made eye contact with us. Also the morning clerk did not seem too pleasant. I understand that the area my not be the best, but it is up to those that are employed here to make sure that the customers have the best experience that they can. The last thing is that the beds had dirty top blankets on them, and the bathroom smelled like cat urine??? But in spite of all this, my friend and I had a great night sleep. And the other guests that we met made up for the other stuff. We are grateful for the good parts of our experience here.

Very bad.. shuttle took 45min-1hr to.show up st 1230am at night Called many times. Staff was rude and.not inviting. Wouldnt allow an hour late check and rude about it

Staff at night was really nice and helpful but early in the morning was rude. Nobody was in reception at 5:30am when I was leaving, and they don’t have any bell or any way to call the receptionist. I started saying hello and good morning many times, my Uber was waiting for me. And after long time of calling the person inside screams “stop screaming lady” when I just was saying hi, good morning there. This person came to reception and was so rude and staring at me so mad.

The airport shuttle was perfect, once we were able to call the hotel to inquire about it. The breakfast was perfect as well. Beds were very comfortable and hotel was quiet. Rooms were spacious. Desk staff could have been a little more friendly with their customer service.

The staff were awful and overbooked the hotel and didn’t offer a solution.. we had to find someone to switch a room with us. As a Deaf person I asked the staff member if he could write what he was saying on a piece of paper and he refused and was super rude to us. Would never stay here again even if I was paid to..

It took 55 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle, then we were given the key to a room that was already occupied, then we were placed into another room that must have had cats/dogs and the scent was awful. Will not go back. The young woman checking us in was all alone and had multiple things going on. this was at about 3-4pm. She should have had assistance, but she smiled and said this was a normal shift for her. Mgt. Must not be very good at this location.

The location is good. I think is a pet friendly because you can smell a strong odor . The receptionist was very nice she changed us to another room By request . The coffe is not 24/6 . If not for the terrible “complimentary “ shuttle service from the airport my rating would have been much better. 3 called to facility with misinformation ended with waiting over 1 hour and then finally taking a cab. With blame for the misunderstanding put back on us. No compensation whatsoever for our extra expense.

I arrived from the airport about 8:30 p.m. The B/W was using another hotel's shuttle that evening. I stayed three nights (Mar 6-8) First impressions: This is an older hotel that could use a refresh in certain areas. For example the chairs in the breakfast area are very worn, and the carpet in the hallways are worn. The room (two doubles, non-smoking) was very spacious and clean. Offered a small coffee/tea selection and coffee maker, a small cooler type refrigerator and a microwave. However, no room safe available. The bathroom was a good size with a few toiletries. I did notice a bit of a musty smell in the room, but I suspect that has to do with humidity. The continental/complimentary breakfast was good and offered a variety of items. The young woman who took care of the area was efficient and friendly. Kudos to her as it was a busy place! Front desk staff were not as efficient or friendly. The first evening I arrived, I overheard the clerk advise guests that the hotel does not have a cruise port shuttle, that they would need to arrange a taxi or a Lyft. That was not correct, the shuttle is available for sign-up the day prior at a cost of $15 p/p. One day the front desk was left vacant early in the morning. I was down having breakfast at 7 a.m., and there was a sign suggesting the clerk would be back in 15 min. The clerk who arrived at 7:30 looked surprised to see no one there. I don't know what the shifts were but it did seem unusual. Overall, 8 out of 10

Property needs to be renovated. Strong mold and wet smell in the hotel room. You cannot charge $300 for this level of quality.

We arrived 10 minutes late at FLL due to weather. I called the hotel for the shuttle and they said to call when the luggage arrived. I had our luggage at 12 midnight exactly and called. The desk refused to answer repeated calls. There were no taxis and a line so long it would have taken about 90 minutes! We were forced to pay $50 for an Uber to go 2 miles. Unacceptable.

Smelly rooms, we asked for different room and staff was nice to accommodate our request but the new room given was also smelly. The place is very old and carpets etc. are dated that's causing the stink. Definitely needs to be replaced. Never been to a best western where we had such bad rooms. pool closed at dusk, wouldn't let us spend time there. Been to another hotel nearby and they allowed us until 11pm. Breakfast is okay, but the orange, apple juices were watery! no juice in them. Never had this kind of experience before! Avoid until a make over of rooms are completed.
