An OK Stay

Posted Oct 24, 2014
Cons: The room carpeting and furnishings are worn and beat up. It gets a lot of hard use.
Location: Good location just off the highway.
This property is fine if you can book it for under $90 a night and you are not too particular. Pay any more than that and you'll be disappointed. One night before a cruise... fine. A place to spend a week on vacation? No.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff.

Posted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: Comfortable, reasonable.
Cons: More food options. Even the vending machines were limited.
Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, convenient shuttle to the airport. Very accommodating when I needed early check-in. However, there are no restaurants within reasonable walking distance, as the hotel is situated right beside a main road and highway. Had to rely on fast-food delivery for food.

not coming here again

Posted Oct 23, 2014
Cons: Cleanliness
The first room they put us in had mold on the walls, non working lights, greasy headboards, and wires hanging from the wall where the smoke detector should be! The tv remote was sticky along with the counter it was sitting on. When we went out that night there were at least 11 cats milling around the parking lot! The second room had mold in the shower, dried toothpaste on the bathroom walls and dirty bedroom walls. We didn’t stay the second night even though we lost our whole fee for the room, because it was that bad.

Convenient stop off location

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Quiet rooms and convenient for access to Dania Beach and shops
Cons: New carpets or a better level of cleanliness
Location: Location was good for beach, shops and airport
The hotel was situated in a handy position for beach and shops, room was adequate but carpet/hoover needs replacement as the carpet was not clean. Wi Fi was down for a couple of days during our 3 day stay

Close to shopping and food

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Its close to food and shopping, pool was warm, free parking and breakfast, not noisy hotel.
Cons: The housekeeping service. They only put one rag in the room, had to keep asking for two rags. Throughout the stay the tub was not cleaned unless asked
Location: Shopping, Dave & busters, various restaurants, indoor go karting. Close to the highway.
Overall the hotel was a good stay. The hotel lobby and hallways are very cold, but the elevator is hot. Limited TV station selections. The housekeeping service could of been a bit better. The breakfast could have better meat selections for those who non pork eaters. Check in and check out was quick. We arrived before three and was able to get our room.

Pros: Quiet location
Cons: Carpets in hallway on the third floor need to be shampooed.
Location: Las Vegas Cuban restaurant across the street is awesome!
Short stay pre cruise. It is quite a ways from the cruise pier, but the transfer the hotel provided was prompt, good price and convenient.

Went for the price.

King bedroom looked good but carpet very soiled. Furniture laminate was peeling and the two bath towels & 1 hand towel provided were super thin and very rough.

Easy to find

Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Very nice entrance and outside facade was excellent.
Cons: Sinks in bathroom need to be bigger and deeper. Easier flushing toilets
Location: Right off of I95 and easily accessible. Seminole Hard Rock is 3 miles up the road
Hotel was easy to find. The weekend I went they were fixing part of the parking lot so it was roped off. Hotel staff was very pleasant and very helpful. The mattress was harder than I'm used to and the little coverlet at the foot of the bed was dirty. The overall feel of the room was nice. Small sink basin in the bathroom. Other than that was a pleasant experience.

Had higher expectations

Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: The room was clean and nicely decorated
Cons: Have shuttles that go to the airport at least every 30min Bathroom toilet had a slow leak so we could hear it all night
Location: Not much around but a very good Cuban restaurant, infinitely cheaper and better then the 3rd party food Best Western offers.
Our first introduction to the hotel was finding out we need to call to get a shuttle, I take a share of this failure because every other hotel we stayed at in Florida just has shuttles show up. We called and waited 45min with our 8 month old daughter so I went back inside to call again and was told he just saw the driver leave so I figured it would be another 15min to get to the airport. Turns out one came by while I was gone and drove past my family at the shuttle stop without actually stopping or asking anyone if they were going to thee hotel. A woman already on the bus had to tell the driver to stop. When my wife said I was inside calling about the shuttle the driver said that he could not wait and would take our bags and we would have to wait for the next shuttle. I walked out the door that very minute and was able to catch the bus. No apology and no future business from us.
