As we're located next to I-95, the east coast's busiest highway, it can be a bit noisy at times and unfortunately, people do like to show off their cars and speed all the way up and down Florida on the highway. Thank you Fedrick for your feedback and we can understand your frustration but you made the booking late on Feb 16th for arrival on Feb 16th and the hotel was sold out that evening. Terms and conditions are clear with a 24 hour cancellation policy prior to the arrival date and you even booked a pre-paid reservation to receive the discount. We're very flexible with our guests but if you feel the need to place blame on someone for your mistake, we'll shoulder your frustration. Wishing you happiness in 2024 and beyond.
