Truly an adorable property-Alba the manager was a delight and the staff eager to please...Loved the location. We didnt need a car and access to the beach only a 2 min walk. JUST BEAUTIFUL!

Absolutely the best place to stay in Lauderdale by the Sea. The hosts Alba and her husband are wonderful! The place is spotless, comfortable and has everything that you could possibly need. It is close to everything…. Bars , restaurants, the beach. I will never stay anywhere else!!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk from the beach, restaurants, liquor store. The staff are very nice and helpful. The pool and the pool area is clean. the laundry facilities are available. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Parking could be a challenge at busier times.

The hotel is in a great location. Parking is limited but we never had a problem. Staff is very attentive and friendly, especially Alanna (I think that's her name). The free local shuttle thing called Circuit was amazing. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The only negative is it's on a busy street so periodically at night, a loud, obnoxious car woke me up BUT everything else was great and I would definitely stay here again!!!

Absolutely love this place! The staff are wonderful, friendly & so helpful. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in LBTS. Rooms are spotless, super comfy and have everything you could possibly want. Even beach towels are provided!!! I can’t say enough good things about The Blue Strawberry. It’s just wonderful!!!

It was a decent place to say, I especially noticed how clean the unit was when I walked in. It’s in a good area you can walk to downtown Lauderdale By The Sea and a few other places so the location is very good and it’s close to the beach. My only complaint is the rooms need to be updated. They are clean, but they do need to be updated. Overall, I would stay there again.

The bed sheets were not changed on arrival , box board dirty, floor dirty. The bathroom had flooding cause of rain Contacted the office 5 times and no answer. Room cleaning came in without permission , still didnt clean or change bed sheets just made up the bed .

Nice beach motel for what it is. 2 minute walk to the beach. It was clean, however the bathroom could use a little work. Like painting and some new fixtures in the shower. Also the ac unit was loud. But for $90 a night in that location, good luck trying to find something better. Would stay again.

This is the best kept secret in Lauderdale by the Sea. It’s reasonably priced, rooms are spacious, have everything that you could possibly need! Even beach towels!!! The check in is super easy, the woman checking you in is incredibly nice and accommodating. The lady who cleans your room bends over backwards to make sure that you’re comfortable and have everything that you need. We will never stay anywhere else in LBTS!!! This place is just superb!!!

First , their was almost no one at the motel. Ghost town. The office closes very early, an inconvenience if you need something. They wanted to charge me $20 dollars for a parking pass that if i didn't complain i would have been charged. The next morning I asked for a couple towels and some coffee i suggested i would just pick them up as i didn't need the room cleaned. Office Lady arrogantly said she wasn't a maid , but would have some brought up. They never came !! Upon leaving , I requested a check out time of 12:00 instead of the normal 11:00 as i wasn't feeling well. I was told they would charge me $50 dollars, that was their policy. So left by 11:00. When leaving I went to the office ,so confused, to find out why they tried to squeeze every penny and bad customer service. They were all extremely rude, some guy dont even know who he was told me to. "GET THE HELL OUT" No apologies for any of the things I have mentioned. their are so many places ro stay all around the area. Better prices. So if you want to be charged with every simple request, use dirty towels and no coffee for three days and deal with arrogant people swearing at you then this is your place. How unfortunate.

Great stay
My 20 day stay was very comfortable, affordable, and location was convenient for my needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my third time staying at Blue Strawberry. My only criticism is not enough parking. If you go off property and there are no parking spaces available, the alternative is to park in public pay parking a block away. Maximum fee is 21.00 for 12 hours.
