“Hyatt Bonaventure is Excellent”

The Hyatt Bonaventure is an excellent hotel with courteous staff. Everyone attended to our needs and were just very hospitable and courteous. It's the perfect golf and Sawgrass Mill Mall shopping location. However, it is not convenient to the beach. Our stay was worthy of a 5 Star rating. Thank you Hyatt and Staff

“Weston, Florida's Best Hotel”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Hotel, although I felt that during my short stay, I didn't have time to fully enjoy all of the amenities available there. The hotel exhibits a refined elegance throughout, and the attention to detail in the rooms is impeccable. Almost everything is provided for the guest, from toothpaste to hair dryers, shoe horns to umbrellas, internet connections on the desk to Ipod plugins on the alarm clock. There is even an electronic scale to weigh oneself, but mine did not work--probably fortunately for me. Other than the problems with the scale, the only other problems I encountered were an internet connection that I could not connect to--and which the front desk could not help me with, and some tiny ants--the front desk said they thought to be sugar ants--that were sometimes seen in the bathroom and near the coffee maker. The hotel has beautiful gardens and water environments with koi fish, ducks, and geese, waterfalls and fountains, and the main pool has a beautiful waterfall running constantly day and night, and which is illuminated at night. There are walking trails near a lake or canal and views of the nearby golf course. The Zen garden inside the Elizabeth Arden Spa & Fitness Center, is an oasis of peace and tranquility. I hightly recommend this hotel for amenities, service, food, and location.

Excellent experience, very professional & accomendating. Don't worry about the location if you are not familiar with the area. Sawgrass area is 7 minutes away (Sawgrass Mall, plenty of shopping, dining, etc.), Ft.Lauderdale beach is 25 min away, FLL airport is 20 minutes away.

the personal at the front desk were very nice and helpful,we notice the first night,that the air cond. did not work properly and imidiatly send mantenance personal to fix it ,beatifull views all around the hotel nice and pacefull.
