Comfort Suites Airport and Cruise Port

I was there attending a fair, only used the bedroom, no complains.

I think because of the climate Florida hotels have more of a challenge than other places in keeping things clean and fresh. There was construction in the parking area so that made for a bit of a mess and limited space, however, the staff were very nice and very helpful and our room was very comfortable. I was here to sleep and was able to do so very comfortably. There was nearby shopping and dining so a vehicle was not necessary.

Excellent stop before boarding cruise ships. The hotel was quite. The staff was very organized about getting us transportation into the cruise port. Everything was easy.

The hotel is conveniently located to get onboard your cruise at Port Everglades; only a couple of blocks away. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff replenished things very well. The room was clean and beds were great. They were having elevator problems and that wasn't good. Many people were angry and complaining but it was just one of those things that happened. You have a good view of the port and ships if you stay on the backside. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again.

There is a distinct offensive damp odour in the room, most likely caused by moisture in the carpet. I would suggest you remove room carpets.

I belive the additional info said that there was a shuttle to the airport and upon arrival they told us to "Google" shuttle service. That was disappointing.

very loud street noise ,elevator not working properly

This was a nice hotel. It was in a somewhat not so nice area tho. It was clean and comfortable and the staff we met were great. The workout center was nice and the pool was good sized too. There was not much to do around the hotel. The reviews about a ten minute walk to the cruise port, not true at all. Take the shuttle.

The hotel staff were pleasant, and the location is good. Was hoping that the sitting area was more separate from the bedroom. In reality, it is like having two beds next to each other.
