Loved that we could store our luggage and go to the pool/ eat at the restaurant while we waited for our room to be ready. Also, they called me an hour before the usual check in time to let us know we could go to the room. Room was awesome, beds were so comfortable. Everything was immaculate, shower was so nice. Breakfast ( pre-paid) was excellent. Buffet style but had plenty of hot foods, fresh fruits, yogurt, cereal, pancakes etc. The only improvement could be a shuttle every half hour instead of every hour. The airport is only a mile away. The list filled up quickly so many had to take an earlier shuttle ( started at 3:00 am). Also, we had pre-paid for breakfast, then when we checked in, found out that breakfast started at 6:00 so we cancelled our 6:00 shuttle reservation and took a ride share to the airport at 6:30. I initially tried to get a refund for breakfast but was told I had to contact IHG to start the process. Not convenient

The room was beautiful as was the pool and dinning areas. The food was slightly slow to be served but not a big deal as it tasted fabulous! Beds were very comfortable and would Definetly recommend to anyone to stay here or stay here again myself if ever in Fort Lauderdale again

Very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Close to the airport and cruise port and arranging shuttles is so easy. Reasonably priced and nice to have a restaurant/bar in the hotel.

Everything was easy for a short layover, except we requested a shuttle for a 4 am airport drop off and when we went down in the morning were told they didn’t have us down for one and the shuttle was booked. They made it work someone else didn’t come down in time, but I didn’t like the receptionist accusing us of not booking a shuttle because someone didn’t do their job correctly.

Called the property to get the airport shuttle when we landed. Had to call back 4 times before they sent someone. Almost midnight before we got picked up. They said one van was stuck in a ditch. Another couple was standing with us waiting.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and staff good but the price was high and restaurant on sight prices were really high. 15$ for a French Onion soup is a bit pricy. We dined at Lester’s Diner down the street. Within walking distance and prices more reasonable.

At the time of my stays, road work was being done right in front of the the hotel which was jackhammer noisy (obviously not the hotel’s fault, and temporary)… and the Mercedes dealership across the street had car alarms going off constantly in its holding lot (hopefully they’ll hire smarter teenagers to move/wash their lot cars in the future). HOWEVER: the chef at their in house restaurant KIKI’s was WORLD CLASS. I’m not kidding here. I’ve never had a more talented chef at 2 Michelin star restaurants. Shrimp scampi and lamb chops were PERFECTION (and you know how easy it is to turn shrimp in to rubber… we’re talking 15 seconds can make all the difference). Im going back to this hotel JUST for the food. Seriously. :)

Excellent short stay before a cruise. Clean rooms and friendly staff. $7 Lyft ride to some conveniences such as restaurants, drug store, retail before getting on ship. Not many dining options in the area. Another $10 Lyft ride to Terminal - better than the $15 per person offered at hotel.
