Multiple issuesPosted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Room was nice and the pool, no Jacuzzi.
Cons: Service was bad
Location: Port, beach
Air conditioner wasn't working properly, the fridge didn't work, then the toilet leaked. Front desk wasn't very apologetic and stated they would not compensate us because we booked with Expedia. The breakfast was mediocre. Pool and room were OK but nothing special and the service in the restraint was bad.

Rude staffPosted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Room was clean, newly remodeled.
Cons: Nicer staff.
Location: The location is not at all in a great neighborhood. Very close to the airport, but far from the beach.
I did not think to ask if I was given a king bed room since I make a reservation for 1 king bed room, wrote it in special requests as well, so I thought it will be clear at the check in. When we arrived to our room, we see two queen beds. I called the front desk and requested to be switched to a 1 king bed room. I was first told that I reserved my room through a third party (Expedia) and that is all they had. I insisted on my request since I reserved a 1 king bed room not a 2 queens bed room on my reservation. After 10 min on hold they found a 1 king bed for me. I had to wait another 20 min for them to bring me the key of the new room since they did not want me to go and pick it up.

Would definitely stay here again!!!Posted Jun 4, 2015
Pros: Exceptional staff, free wifi, beautiful room, free airport shuttle, cleanliness and comfort.
Cons: Would be nice if there was a shuttle to the port.
Location: Restaurents, close to airport and cruise port.
Stayed here one night because I was taking a cruise the next day. I love this hotel. Definitely one of my favourite stays! Exceptional staff, clean gym, beautiful pool! Absolutely loved it every moment here. The double bed room I booked came equipped with a microwave and mini fridge, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Hotel has a free airport shuttle, complimentary breakfast, free wifi and its a 15 dollar can ride to the shopping mall. Had dinner at there restaurant Kiki's, it's a bit pricey but it tastes great. If you rather go elsewhere for breakfast or dinner the restaurants are a 10 - 15 min walk. There isn't a free shuttle to the cruise port but it's literally across the street. The front desk called a cab service for us and we paid about 25 dollars (but we were a group of 5). It would have been nice if there was a free shuttle. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I recommend this hotel if you're looking for comfort and affordable pricing!

Pros: Cleanlines of room
Cons: More frequent shuttle service.

Room was good and very clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Good for overnight convenience if going on a cruise. Appreciated the shuttle service though one hour time lapse not accommodating.

Great Hotel for cruise travelersPosted May 4, 2015
Pros: The room was spacious and the food in the restaurant was delicious.
Cons: The bathtub was very slippery when wet. It made taking a shower difficult. Need to put non-skid strips of some kind in the tub
This is a high end hotel. We were welcomed at the desk with a friendly smile and greeting. They took care of our luggage and after a long train trip the help was most welcomed. The restaurant has a nice variety of selection and the pricing is not outrageous. The wait staff in the restaurant were very friendly and fun to talk with. They also have a small shop in the hotel for last minute items you forgot to pack. I needed to buy a hat for the cruise as I left mine at home by accident.

Great pre-cruise hotelPosted May 3, 2015
Pros: location to the port/airport and the professional service from the front desk, food and beverage, and housekeeping
Spent one night here before taking a cruise. Called the hotel after baggage claim for the free airport shuttle and was picked up probably 15 minutes later for a quick trip to the hotel.. Arrived in the morning so a room wasn't ready but Jackie at the front desk stored my bags and took my cell number and said that she'd call me once the room was ready. Jackie was very professional but had service with a smile. So I went upstairs to have lunch at Kiki's and had great service from Andres. As soon as I was done with lunch, my cell phone rang and my room was ready. Great view, very clean, really nice bathroom, and very comfortable beds. Only downside with the hotel is that there is not a lot to do within walking distance but a cheap Uber took us to a nice part of town where we could wander around for a bit. Went back to the hotel for dinner to take advantage of a coupon Jackie had given us for Kiki's and seemed like everyone in there was going on a cruise the next day so it was nice to talk to fellow cruisers. In the morning it was a quick 5 minute ride to the port. Would def. stay here again.
