Just wrote a book about this to the hotel's comment site. Too lengthy to rewrite here.Never have been so dissatisfied with a place to actually leave comments before. Definitely did not receive the service promised or even paid for, for that matter.

Cons: UMM CLEAN
FILTHY WOULDN'T HAVE MY DOG STAY THERE. HALLWAYS LOOKED TO NOT SEEN VACUUM IN A MONTH. ROOM CARPET HAD BIG STAINS AND ROOM STUNK. LEFT IMMEDIATELY AND DROVE HOME. I HAD CALLED DAY BEFORE TO REQUEST NON SMOKING AND WHEN ARRIVING WAS TOLD THAT IS ALL THEY HAD WAS SMOKING. WHILE VEIWING THE FILTHY ROOM THE FRONT DESK CLERK CAME AND SAID SHE HAD A NON SMOKING AND WE COULD MOVE. IT WASN'T ANY BETTER THAN THE SMOKING FILTHY ROOM. SHAME ON YOU EXTENDED STAY AMERICA YOU SHOULD BE CHECKING HOW YOUR PROPERTY IS BEING ATTENDED !!!

The best Extended Stay I've stayed at in the Pompano/Ft Lauderdale area. Staff is very professional and friendly. The layout of the room is terrific! Comfortable bed and TV chair. Entire room was very clean. Pool area was nice. Overall a great place to stay!

Cons: Put a chair in each room to sit in for watching TV. Some people, like myself, do not like to watch TV while laying in bed.
Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff was very nice. The only problem I had was that the room did not have a chair to sit in to watch TV. Had to use one of the bar stools, which got uncomfortable after a few minutes. Overall it was an average stay.

Pros: Pool was nice. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful.
Cons: Cleanliness mainly. It just shows a lack of effort, really - it's all correctable.
Location: Fairly close to I-95 - plenty of restaurants around.
Chris at the front desk was a HUGE help - very friendly and capable. However, when we got into our room we found a dirty sock under the sleeper sofa, someone else's hair on 2 of the bed pillows, a baby roach crawling on the night table in between the beds, and the air conditioning made a loud lurching noise every time it turned on. My son tried to turn on the heat to warm up the room (too cold for his liking) and it made the fire alarm go off. The pool towel my son was handed had a hole worn into it. My wife could share more, but those were the things I noticed - definitely NOT worth even the $99 / night discounted rate we got on the room. Bad.

the hotel was pet friendly which is why we chose it. However the carpets throughout the hallway and the room were very dirty, along with the upholstery on the couch in the sitting area in the room. I would not walk around without my shoes on. I am not a germaphobe it just looked really bad. The plus side internet was free so I was able to work for my room.

It was inconsiderate that they dont service the rooms if you're not stay for at least 8 days. The vent(fan) above the stove was broken. One of the stove tops was broken as well. There was not enough dish ware. The gym needs to be more equipped. There were no weights, mats, exercise balls, ropes. Just 3 machines.

stay was good. stay there 1 week a month for business and great location. good restaurants in area for delivery to hotel. I know this is social incorrect however I wish they had more smoking rooms instead of having to go to another hotel when none available.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. If you use Expedia, it's all prepaid i.e. no additional charges. Biggest plus was the nice size hotel room.
