Room was fantastic, beds were great, staff was really good.. One of my favorite hotels in Florida.

We had a beautiful suite - ultra luxurious from the tasteful decor to the super comfortable beds and bathrobes..Our family of 5 stayed here 3 nights on 2 separate occasions and thoroughly enjoyed every moment - excellent service, good food, beautiful pool/deck area and scenery was breathtaking...we'll definitely be back

“Little Gem in Ft. Lauderdale”

I have stayed at the Hotel several times as I love the location and comfort of the Hotel. It is easily accessible and is in a great area. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The staff looks after you and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The restaurant is another gem and service is great. The view from the downstairs terrace is soothing and a great spot for a drink and conversation. The only two things that need improvement are they should add wireless internet and extended room service/restaurant hours. Will definitely return!

excellent hotel, even got hot cookies upon arrival and a free upgrade to a river view. very clean hotel would stay there again when in that area.

“Positive surprise”

Used hotel for transit to a RCCL cruise. Booked two rooms. Both large & clean. Due to missing luggage we needed to some shopping next day. Hotel is place next to the mall - just 5 minutes walk. Very convenient.

Spent 9 days at this hotel. Everything was perfect! Can't wait to return.

“Great Hotel, Nice Location”

We loved the hotel and our room. We were happy with the suite layout and full kitchen. There was no freezer--not even an ice tray--which was somewhat inconvenient. The location is great: 3 blocks from the beach, next to a mall, several choices for food within easy walking distance, several convenience stores in the area, and a water taxi stop at the back terrace of the hotel that can easily get you anywhere else. Fort Lauderdale also has buses and trolleys that can save you on cab fare. We actually walked most of the time though. The biggest disappointment of the hotel was the two fire alarm false alarms in the middle of the night (3AM, 4AM) on different nights and how the desk staff handled it. I also heard from other guests that this same thing had occurred on their previous visits. The desk staff were very slow and inefficient in communicating the "all-clear" so everyone could return to their rooms. In both cases, it appeared that guests were forcing the issue as much as staff were directing the problem. Other than this, the staff were courteous, unintrusive, and knowledgeable.

“Great hotel”

Gallery One is a great hotel. All the rooms have fully stocked kitchens and bedrooms are separate from the living area. The entire hotel is kept extremely clean and feels virtually brand new. The hotel is located near a large mall and many restaurants, and is a short walk to the beach. There is a nice pool and lounge area behind the hotel, directly adjacent to the waterway. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the cookies provided at check-in are very welcome after a long day of travel. Parking was relatively expensive, but that seems to be the case anywhere near the beach in Fort Lauderdale.

“The best experience ever!!”

It was my first time at this hotel and I loved it!! The art along the walls and the general reception area is beautiful, the room was immaculate, service at the restaurant was exceptional and the view from the balcony, the restaurant and the back is die for!! Highly recommended!! Everyone is pleasant and polite. The rooms are quiet, the mall is right down the street and the beach 2-3 blocks down the opposite way. What a way to go!! You'll love it.
