“Very Nice”

Nice hotel and short walk to 8 minute walk to beach. Walking distance to coffee shop and other shops.

“Very pleased”

Check in was fast and friendly. Suite was clean and had all the necessities, including a kitchette w/dish washer, microwave and mini-stove. Room was very clean and bathroom was especially nice. Breakfast buffet was included with room price and was satisfactory. This hotel was a little farther from the cruise port than other hotels, but the quality is much better and worth the extra distance. A mall is within walking distance also. Highly recommend this hotel.

“A refreshing start for our trip”

The hotel reviews previously mentioned the hotel elevators being a problem, yes there are problems. We asked and found out the hotel is part of a condo association agreement and the hotel is aware of the problem but is limited in what they can do. Ask for a room on a lower floor in case of needing to use the stairs. The rooms are clean, neat and very comfortable. The closeness to the ocean and the Galleria Mall were perfect for our needs. The food court in the Mall was a real bonus. As a traveler's tip, contact the airport shuttle service in advance and pay less than a cab. The charge is by person. Our cab was $32 plus tip from the airport. We would stay at the Gallery One again.

“Very Very Impressed!”

The hotel was excellent. Service was great and the suite was beautiful. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 children and the suite was more than enough room. The hotel staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back and spending more time - 5 days is never enough!

“Would Stay Again”

We checked in the hotel and the agent was very nice but we later came to learn the hotel put a $223.00 hold on our credit card for incidentials????? The agent did not tell us this fee prior to checking in. So when we inquired about this fee they promptly took the hold off our card and explained they put the charge on the card for people that skip out. I'm a hard working person and would not skip out so I felt disrespected.. BEWARE!!! The room and the hotel was exceptional..extremely nice..you can take the Water Taxi to all the bars and resturants..we rented a car and the parking is very high and you must pay $23.00 per night for valet parking and $20.00 for self parking but the self parking lot is kind of far to walk too., You must go to the Beach Place at Lulu's as the food and drinks is awesome!!!!

Great location, water view, outstanding staff, convenient to Galleria Mall and some really good restaurants.

“Extremely Pleased”

I was very surprised and happy with the quality and comfort of the room. The kitchen was awesome and the bedroom and bathroom were perfect. The only downside was, the balcony was about a foot wide, just enough room to step your foot out of the sliding doors, they did have rooms that we saw from the road that had full size balconies. This was probably the best and most comfortable room we have rented in years. Thanks
