Fantastic hotel!!Posted Jul 28, 2014
We visit Ft. Lauderdale every year, and have stayed at several different hotels.. Gallery One is by far the best.. Great location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and great price.. Will definately stay there again next year!!

Nice hotel but showing it's age.Posted Jul 26, 2014
We stayed at the Gallery One 2 years ago and returned this past month for a week long stay. The staff are nice and it is just a short walk to the beach and the Galleria Mall. The hotel is starting to show it's age and could use a facelift. Over all it was clean enough and comfortable enough, but no Wow factor.

Great for family stayPosted Jul 25, 2014
Great location, next to the shopping mall, perfect hotel for a family with kids. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawbacks were the mandatory valet parking and the internet was unreliable and not included. Look out for the friendly iguanas by the pool!

PERFECT LOCATION.!Posted Jul 6, 2014
Very clean and comfortable, i had a balcony canal view and it was amazing. I could see 4th of July fireworks from there. Also, walked across the bridge and I WAS AT THE BEACH. Hassle free from cars

Pros: Access to water taxis at door
After long flight and flight delays we arrived late evening. Lady at reception was very understanding that we had not advised hotel that we would not be able to turn up for first night. In fact said would not charge us for night missed.Room was perfect as was service for our brief stay.

Nice place to stay - good location to shopping etcPosted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: The Heavenly beds. I purposely only stay at hotels with these mattresses or simliar
Cons: No cost or less expensive $25 p/day parking fee! Access to ice - on different floor. Unable to use balcony, smokers nearby polluting the fresh air
Location: The location is ideal - near the beach, shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery etc. Close travel from airport and other things 20-30 min
After the immediate shock of the mandatory valet parking the stay was very comfortable in a well-kept hotel. All staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was out-of-order for repairs and occasional loud noise from the nearby roadway (thank goodness for earplugs). Great cookie!

Nice stay in large suite not too far from beachPosted May 16, 2014
Pros: Walking distance to pretty much any type of venue you might be interested: shopping, groceries, beach, restaurants, parks. Friendly stuff, pool.
Cons: Cleanliness could be improved, I killed 3 roaches in our kitchennette.
Location: Beach is a short walk away, small stores, grocery shopping, restaurants are all in a walking distance from the hotel.
Very positive experience. Staff is for the most part friendly, nice outdoor pool and a hot tub, no need for a car really, everything from grocery shopping to restaurants, beach and high end mall are all in a walking distance from the hotel. Nice kitchen in our suite where we could prepare some meals for our kids, keep the beer cold and wine nicely chilled. I killed three roaches in our kitchen though, I did not tell my wife as she would freak out. Ignorance is bliss and I will let her stay that way. Lack of parking choice is also not a very positive experience, you are stuck with valet parking with a hefty fee of $25 per night plus tax.
