great pre- cruise stay

Pros: cost/ breakfast and staff
Hotel is older property...but for one night pre or post cruise it was perfect- usually stay at Embassy suites- but this was much more affordable and much better staff. We would certainly stay here again. thanks Hampton!!!

Courtesy All The Way

From the moment we checked in after midnight, our every request was addressed with attention and courtesy. Lots of choices at breakfast! The iron, which I needed for my suitcase-crumpled citton skirt, was new and immaculately clean. The pool was not over-heated: you can do short laps. Bed was comfy, halls were quiet.

Convenient 24/7 airport shuttle

The 24/7 airport shuttle service is very convenient. Hotel staff is courteous and accomodating.

Stayed there before a cruise. Staff was very friendly and transfer from hotel was great with a nice location. Room was small and bathroom needed some major maintenance and cleaning. Morning breakfast was chaotic and a nightmare! Would not stay there again. Way too expensive for what you got.

Dear Krunner, Thanks for giving us your feedback on your most recent stay with us. I am happy to hear that the staff was very friendly. My apologies about the bathroom and for the Chaos at breakfast. We have had the good fortune of being a hotel that sells out almost every day and it does seem that during the hours of 8 and 10am, the breakfast area is very crowded. I do understand that it is very expensive to come to South Florida during high season and especially during Jan- March in the cruise port area. Not worth the high price. The hotel is very simple, very old elevators. The morning front desk lady was in bad mood, not helpful and very impolite. Nobody was there when I checked out early morning.

Really accommodating staff!!

We left the cruise ship at 10AM and went to the hotel (checkin wasn't until 3pm) but they were able to accommodate us and get us into a room by noon. Since our flight was much later the next day they also gave us a key to the pool and let us stay in the hotel (just not the room) well past check-out time. Also very close to Cruise port and Airport for those going on a cruise.

Nice clean room, close to airport

Only stayed one night, close to airport. Way to much money for a normal hotel room. Clean room. Did not tell me they were putting a $50 hold on my credit card which takes 3-4 days to come off wasn't happy about that.

Met Expectation

Pros: Beautiful clean room with refrigerator.Breakfast was a little disappointing but OK.Nice pool area,free parking
Cons: Breakfast could be more variety ,include some bacon
Location: near airport and shopping area.
The check in was easy .Our party was four plus a one year old and we had plenty of space.The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pros: Front office staff was very helpful
Cons: Do not have rooms next to laundry.

Our room was right next to the hotel laundry. Very noisy staff at 6:30am yelling down the hall

Pre and Post Cruise Hotel

Pros: Staff, Proximity to Airport and Cruise Terminal, Shuttles and Free Breakfast.
Cons: I suppose a updated coat of paint.
Location: we did not look for anything
We booked this Hotel as it was close to the Airport and Cruise Terminal. We arrived 5 Hours late and got in at Midnight. Called the Hotel and in 10 minutes the Hotel shuttle was there to pick us up. They have a Shuttle to the Cruise Terminal and they also picked us up after the Cruise. We got off the Ship super early and got to the Hotel at 8:30 AM. They had us in our room early at 10:30 which was a great surprise. The included Breakfast was also appreciated. The Front Desk staff and Kitchen staff were all awesome. All in all I would recommend this Hotel and would stay there again.
