“Very Pleasant”

Stayed night before and night after cruise. Hotel staff and shuttle drivers were extremely helpful and courteous. Prompt pickup and drop-off for airport and cruise terminal. Staff suggested dining and shopping options and were willing to provide transportation within 4 mile radius. Would definitely stay again. Very clean and nice breakfast

“More than just a place to stay.”

The courtesy extended to my family was above what I normally find in "stay a night" hotels. My group was to arrive at different times, and in the end, my flight was delayed 4 hours, and I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello. Josh did an outstanding job in addressing any concerns I had, and in taking care of my daughter, when she arrived 7 hours before me. The young man who drove the shuttle from the hotel managed to retrieve all of us at different times, within 20=30 minutes of our arrival to Fort Lauderdale Airport. The shopping area was more than adequate for our needs, and fast food was all we had time for late at night. The pool area was clean and easy to access. The young lady who stocked and maintained the breakfast buffet area kept it clean, neat and well stocked. The recommended shuttle service we used, "Harold's" was by far the best service we have used in the last 6 years. Harold was quick to arrive when we switched our departure time by nearly an hour. He also called, and arrived early to retrieve us from the Port after our cruise. In the past we have had services be late by more than an hour, or fail to pick up at all. I would highly recommend the Hampton for business travelers or families who just need a quick, clean place to stay.

“Great Value”

This hotel was very nice and clean. We stayed in Miami for the first 2 nights of our trip and paid much more and the room didn't compare to this room. Very, very nice and would highly recommend.

“Great value for cruisers”

My daughters and I stayed here for one night before a cruise - free shuttle service from airport to hotel and from hotel to cruise ship. Also, we had free shuttle service to a nice restaurant for dinner (anything within 3 miles). Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lobby had two computers for guests' use. I would definitely stay here again.

“Great Staff Help”

Our flight got changed at the last minute due to weather. We were going to have to fly into Miami instead of Fort Lauderdale and arrive after midnight. I called the hotel and the person at the desk helped me arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. It was such a relief to not have to worry about how we were going to get from the airport to the hotel!

“Great service and convienient location”

I was more than pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. I stayed two days before going on a cruise,the staff was terrific. We got great service from their shuttle, going from the airport,the riverfront and the ship terminal.

“Unusually pleasant experience --- will definitely go back and would highly recommend to others”

We booked a reservation the night before our cruise departed and expected the usual, comfortable, consistent Hampton Inn experience. We got much more than that --- the hospitality we received from the front desk personnel and the shuttle driver was much more than we expected. They picked us up at the airport in their van (with pink flamingos on top - what a hoot!), then provided transportation to and from a delightful restaurant (which they recommended). The breakfast was complimentary and much nicer than the usual. We were inquiring about our options on the day our cruise returned (we had a late flight scheduled for that day) and these folks offered to pick us up at the cruise terminal, store our luggage, provide transporation to and from local attractions, then take us to the airport --- and they did it at no charge and seemed genuinely happy to do it! How refreshing! And who knows how much we saved in cab fares thanks to their generosity! Accommodations were classic Hampton Inn, but you can't beat the quality of the service we received. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to others!
