“Great Hotel and fantistic friendly staff”

Absolutely fantastic...the front desk was very welcoming and treated us very well....we have been in some 2 star hotels and some 5 star hotels over the years......At the Hampton Inn we had the best reception and were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality of the hotel for the price.....Coming all the way from Australia we were a little concerned about other hotels with bad write ups from guests, but a friend of ours recommended the Hampton to us and we are more than greatfull that he did this, as we have enjoyed out stay here..... We have one more day to go on our 9 day stay here in Fort lauderdale and thanks to the most helpfull staff at the Hampton they have made our stay a relaxing and enjoyable one.... The extra bonus whilst staying at the Hampton is the Buffet Breakfast which both my wife and I enjoyed very much....the food was good and the staff again absolutely wonderfull.... The Hotel gets a big thumbs up from us and would recommend it to anyone and everyone..... THANKS HAMPTON INN.......from Dave and Jennifer Highley of western Australia.........january 2011

“Great hotel for pre-cruise!”

Gorgeous hotel lobby w/ snack area, rooms were quiet, 3 computers for access, nice private pool area, manager's reception from 5-7 (awesome), 4 block walk to Las Olas blvd, great Irish pub and restaraunt about 2 blocks away, free day shuttle to Las Olas blvd during weekdays, staff was overly friendly providing maps and info about the area, $20 cab ride from airport and best of all "FREE SHUTTLE TO CRUISE SHIPS"! Will stay there again!

“Met our needs”

Pupose of this trip was shopping at Feline's Basement and then Butterfly World. The hotel was located in the middle of each (both were 12/14 miles away). It was in walking distance to the night life! We were able to go out bar hopping and not have to worry about transpotation. The breakfast was great too. Main reason I booked here was you could get parking, internet and breakfast free. All the other beach hotels I looked at had fees for everything. We never even went to the beach so this was the perfect hotel for us!!! We will go back again!

“GREAT hotel stay pre-cruise”

This hotel was a stopover before a cruise, and my friend and I ran the A1A half marathon while we were there. We couldn't have asked for more from this hotel...the location was GREAT for where we needed to go (walk to the start line for the race, close to the beach, shopping, etc). Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Large bathroom and nice shower. The breakfast was plentiful and had variety, and they refilled it until the very last minute (we were late on race day), which I appreciated. The pool was chilly but fine, and the hot tub was pleasant as well. Staff more than courteous and very helpful!

“Fine place to stay”

We enjoyed our stay. It is close to downtown but far from the beaches. You will need to rent a car if you are planning to go to the beach. Great breakfast buffet, nice pool area, helpful and friendly staff.

“Fort Lauderdale's best hotel.”

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and I was extremely satisfied with everything. The room was extremely clean, comfortable. I liked the complimentary breakfast. There were lots of varieties to choose from. The free shuttle to the port or the convention center was a plus. The only unsatisfied I had is that the time for the shuttle bus is 9:00am-3:00pm one way. I hope that the hotel can extended the time to a little bit of later.

“Very pleased.”

Very good deal for the money. Fridge, microwave, desk, nice pool and surrounding chairs, tables, towels. Attentive, helpful staff. Secure, free parking. Good breakfast buffet. Only complaint is business center-needs work. Overall, very much pleased. Will stay there again.

“Two thumbs up!”

Fantastic value for our one-night stay! We needed a comfortable, clean hotel for one night prior to departing on a cruise in early November 2011. The hotel is VERY nice for the excellent price we paid. The rate included a very nice breakfast and free shuttle to the cruise ship terminal. (We figured we saved ~$50 just with these amenities for the two of us.) We thought this was a screaming-good deal. The hotel was extremely clean and nicely appointed ... not a "budget hotel" in the slightest, despite the low price we paid. Two thumbs up!
