Great hotel with fantastic staff!Posted Nov 25, 2013
Pros: Staff. Rooms. Amenities (breakfast/beverages/pool area)
Cons: Everything was great.
Location: Taxi to the beach (about $12-15 each way) and to the airport (about $15). Los Alos within walking distance, but it's a long walk.
This was a fabulous stay. We were greeted by Fatima, who was friendly and extremely helpful. Our stay included complimentary evening beverage (beer, wine, juice or soft drink) in the hotel lounge and continental buffet breakfast the next day. The breakfast was extensive - eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, cereals, waffles, breads & pastries and fruits & yoghurt. Rooms were clean & spacious and beds were comfortable. We asked the front desk for help with directions as well as taxis, and again, they seemed very pleased to assist. The pool and hot tub area is also fantastic. The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from the beach -- a taxi is necessary (about $12 - $15 each way). Within walking distance of Los Alos, but it's a long walk.

Pros: Very clean, spacious rooms.
Cons: security patrols and parking enforcement.
Location: Unsure. We took a ferry the next morning to the Bahamas.
Hotel was very nice and most staff were great. The night clerk when we checked in was too busy talking to a friend on the phone to notice us or serve us. 2 - 3 minutes until he greeted us. Not impressed that even after paying a moderate amount for the room we also had to pay for parking. We had a handicap parking permit which afforded us the opportunity to park near the entrance which was very much appreciated. In the morning we noticed that a car (without the required permit) had parked between two vehicles in a no parking area and apparently nothing was done by the security patrol overnight.

Ok hotel, but I have stayed in better ones.Posted Oct 15, 2013
Pros: The room.
Cons: The late check out policy and their fee for parking lot use.
Location: Location was great. There are restaurants a few miles away.
I asked for a late check out and was told that I would have to call the Reception desk at 7AM. Mind you, I got to the hotel from the club at 3AM. Also, they charge for letting their guests use their parking lot. I vow never to stay there again.

Dirty HotelPosted Sep 30, 2013
Cons: They could clean the room and update pipes and toilet so it is quiet
This hotel was closer to a Motel. It was filthy, loud and in a bad section. It is not worthy of the Hilton name. Do not stay here
