“Good choice for pre-cruise stay”

Our family booked two rooms at this Hampton Inn for a night before a cruise. We picked this hotel for the complimentary transportation from the airport and to Port Everglades. The service was excellent. We called the hotel when we landed and was picked up within 10 minutes. Check-in was speedy, we booked us for the van ride to the port at 10:45 the next morning. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. Breakfast is included as well. The only negative would be that there are not many dining options in the area. If you want to go to the port area, you would have to take a cab. But overall, it's perfect for a pre-cruise stay.

Staff very well trained. Manager has a meet and greet at breakfast. They went above and beyond to help my husband find a Dr.to see before we went on a trip the same day. Great shops and some fast food restaurants nearby. Wonderful experience and will go back 100%.

The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I had only planned to stay in Florida for 1 night so I wanted to stay near the airport at a reasonably priced hotel. Because the price was so good, i didn't expect much, however I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was nice, clean, staff was friendly, complimentary internet and most importantly complimentary breakfast - good breakfast too!

Just as I read online, this place has very nice, large rooms with an excellent layout (my family stayed in a 1BR suite). Breakfasts were very good. Clean, well-maintained, convenient. I would stay there again.

“Very nice family hotel- would stay there again”

My family and I were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We felt safe and welcome during our stay. The parking lot was well-lit, doors secure and monitored, and the staff was friendly. We were not expecting such a fantastic "hot" breakfast- almost any breakfast food imaginable was available and was very good! This really saved our family a lot of money. We had a one-bedroom suite with a kitchen and it was spacious and comfortable. My kids were so excited to sleep on the convertible sofa/bed in the sitting room and I must say I had reservations about letting them do so because (due to other hotel experiences) I wasn't sure how clean/fresh the linens might be. However, the sheets that were already on the sofa/bed and the extra linens in the closet looked and smelled like they had just come out of the dryer! I was so thankful- they even kept the linens and extra pillows in a zipped linen bag, which I really appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for a stay in the future.

“MY FIRST FLORIDA VISIT”

The staff was pleasant, kind and friendly. Staff members took the time to give us information on restaurants, malls, and site seeing places in the area. The breakfast was wonderful . I think the hotel should add dinner to their packages and charge for that. my stay was wonderful and this was my first visit to Florida.
