Had to pay an extra $22.00 for 10 hours of parking, valet couldn't be reached by room phone to get car ready. have to request a mini fridge if you need one, not every room has them. Out dated tv's. Had to get room keys redone before we could even use them to get into the room.

This hotel is not your typical Hilton....scuffed walls, torn carpeting and a $22 valet parking charge we were not aware of!! Would not return!!

Staff was nice but the rooms are extremely outdated. Service charges are crazy high and food quality was poor. Noisy fixtures in bathrooms and carpets are stained. Wanted a close hotel but experience was really not great.

Location: Nothing. No restaurant, services or nothing.
Bad bad hotel. Dirty.loud bad service. Pool frozen...hotel very dirty. I could hear the people in the other room going to the bathroom, talk, cough....horrible night.

Cons: The décor/ overall services
I was told when called to inquire about a pick up at the airport it would be a long wait because a lot of flights landed at the same time. I gave up after a while and took a taxi. At breakfast, I asked for a refill on coffee (pretty standard stuff). It came after I'd finished my meal (some 10 minutes later). The pool was not particularly clean and the room smelled a bit odd (not offensive - just odd).

The day of check in, Feb. 24, 2014, we had prompt pick up from airport. However, the rest of our party,, coming in on a later flight, did not, which effected our experience. The first shuttle was full, and there wasn't another for ONE HOUR & FORTY FIVE MINUTES !!!! After I stated that this was unacceptable, the staff at the Bell station was rude and not accommodating, and one employee was insulting in her behavior. There were many vans returning from airport but did not pickup at Delta. Finally the belI captain instructed a guy who had been standing there for quite sometime to go to airport to pick them up. I understand the hotel is being demolished soon, however that does not excuse the behavior of your employees. The employee at the reception desk was very accommodating, if not friendly. The food was expensive in the restaurant, and service poor. On our return trip, we called for pickup and after waiting 30 min. we called again & were told he couldn't pick us up. We hired a taxi which turned out to be cheaper, anyway. This experience has ruined my respect for Hilton hotels. We will not stay at ANY Hilton Hotel again.

Stayed here for a night after leaving a cruise. No complaints here. Very nice rooms, shuttle to the airport and transportation around the area. The food was a little expensive for what you get in my taste but overall good experience!
