Wrong hotel close to the beach

Very bad, towels and bed are dirty, some workers are angry... the valet parking didn't answer the phone in 3 times

Very clean. Bed was super comfortable and the food was awesome! Nice area for walking, shopping, etc. The beach is steps away, and beautiful!!

The Worst Place

Pros: The beach, but now we need to forget this place.
TERRIBLE...Air conditioners broken, VERY dirty room, horrible smell and the reception employees was very rude, lied to the air conditioner repair.. we booked from 3 thru 7 of July and we left the hotel in the morning of july 4, they were charged the first night .Will never forget this 4 of July, WE FEEL CHEATED.

First when my family arrived we got horrible room.Old beds was broken.Thanks god there was that Girl Rachel in front desk .I told to her that room to bad i will not stay over there and she did her best.She found right away big room with kitchen it was not 5star room but still much better what we had it before.One thing i liked it it pool.Great and big.But closed 8 ocklock.We wished it if it was closed little bit later.

Nightmare by the beach with ocean view.....

Horrible from beginning till end!!. I don't know where to start!!!. I booked this disgusting hotel for the jacuzzi and "ocean view". Upon our arrival the "hotel" appeared to be used in some of the scenes of the motion picture The Shining. The building seemed to be frozen in time all the way down to even the smell. We checked in and we were not even shown to our room. As we find and get into our room we were left for words. We were left for words not because of the beauty but because of the horror. The room was dirty and when we looked for our "ocean view" the only view we saw was the water residing from the roof of another building. Then!! As we get ready for bed we begin to sweat. We lowered the AC and it won't turn on. We end up calling the front desk and they inform us casually that the AC had been broken since Thursday!. We slept with no AC and no ocean view !! And to top it off no refund!! Please reconsider if you're interested stay at the Hilton or anything else but here!!!!!

Pros: The only thing I liked is that it was on the beach.
Cons: Tear it down and start over again. Hire professionals.
Horrible! I will never stay their again or recommend to anyone.

Pros: The location.Close to beach and nice pool
Cons: The maintenance. The hot spa did not worked during the week of our stay.
Location: -location was great, n the boardwalk, were you can walk, ride bycicles that can be rented,several stores and resacross the street from the beach and
There were problems with the beach towels. The hotel was out of them for 2 days in a row.

Not Happy.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Nothing if management continues as is.
Location: Too far from shopping.
A very disappointing experience. Towels never available (room & pool), I had to ask multiple times and stand at the front desk for someone to take me seriously. Room and bathroom needed a serious make-over; room temp could not be controlled, bed was OK, pillows were flat as a pancake. Everything seemed to be falling apart in this hotel, with no investment being made to improve it. The advertised breakfast was misleading - a roll and a cup of coffee. Never again.

Will not ever go back

Room was dirty. Customer service was horrible. Valet overcharged me and was very shady. Within a couple hours of being there my credit card number was stolen and used by someone to buy 1000 in shoes. The place was dirty and my first room had stains on the comforter, toilet didn't work and the tub would not drain. I did get a different room but the hallway was still dirty. After paying their hotel fee and parking charge I could have went somewhere else. Not happy!

Loved the hotel the beach the view the pool. Loved everything about the hotel and location. Will definitely stay again.
