Clean, nice room with comfortable bed, breakfast had lots of options, close to lots of stores and central to places we wanted to visit. Would stay again!!

I didn't like the unfinished renovations and the lack of cleanliness from the lobby to elevators. Noticeable dust on signage at check in counter along with buckets to catch leaks from ceiling. Also, elevators needed to be wiped down and moped. Dirty shower head and tub resurfacing warranted. Property did not reflect the photos displayed on website.

The staff were very friendly and the room was relatively clean. But the facility was very old and run down, the room temp was either too cold or too hot, the closet smelled, and the walls were so thin I could hear the toilet flush and tv in the next room. The coffee maker was broken.

What i like most is the cleanliness but soon i checked in turned on the Tv there was a complaint. Also the lady staff are terrible they read you by your body language and ask do belong in the hotel when there should be no discrimination especially when i paid for three nights. But the food is wonderful thank you cooks.

Staff didn’t want to clean our room, we had to ask several times, telephone wasn’t working in the room, parking lot was full of large utility trucks parked, hard to get a parking spot in the holiday inn parking. I have never seen this problem in any other hotel parking, didn’t have good experience with Holiday Inn at Plantation location, I am well travelled person, very bad experience

Hotel was very nice, I just didn’t like the fact that I was given a king size bed when I specifically ask for 2 beds because I was traveling with my nephew.
