“Renovation in Progress - GREAT hospitality!”

Other than outside scaffolding and in house renovations, the hospitality was exceptional. A personable, professional desk staff, clean and comfy accommodations, and a bountiful, delicious breakfast made for a delightful stay. A definite return is planned.

“I was disappointed”

No where near as comfortable as advertised. And the scalled "full breakfast" was a far cry from what was expected, or shown in commercials. I was dissappointed.

“Good hotel but terrible customer service”

The lazy staff often gives customers wrong or contradictory information. Twice they told us that no rooms were ready to check in at 3 pm. I saw a few people with reservations leave to come back a few hours later, even some families who were obviously tired from a 5-6 hour flight. When we kept asking to check for available rooms, they refused. After insisting that our child needed to take a nap, they actually checked their computer, and voila; there were 26 rooms available! Their obvious displeasure on their faces became more apparent because now they had no excuse to give us a room. They processed their paperwork, and when I asked whether we had a king/non-smoking room as reserved, they told me I had to go upstairs and actually check the room. I refused, and sure enough, they had a ssigned me to a room with two beds and that had apparently been used by smoking-driven clients. This created then an incomprehendable list of reasons why they had no rooms available (all of the sudden) in my category. I kept insisting to get what I had paid for, and eventually they got me the room I needed. BY then, many more customers were waiting to check in , and the only girl at the front desk said she needed to take a break! Awful service. However, the room itself and the location were OK.

“Not bad for the price ~”

convienent to my destination ~ breakfast was great - small maint issue was fixed promptly. think they will have to replace lots of irons or patch bathroom doors, you'll have to go to understand..

“Not up to par”

Hotel appears to be under constant renovation / change of owners. The entire area appeared to be somewhat depressed. Not on single soda machine was filled in the three days I was there.

“Downhill”

As my daughter said,,, "it ain't the pits, but it ain't the Ritz!".... I am certain there are worse places to stay, but this place is surely in the running for the bottom of the barrel!

“Should be a lower budget Hotel for the condition of the place!”

The photo of the room does not accurately betray the room you will get. This hotel needs a modern renovation big time so beware. I was very disappointed. The room was cleaned but it was such an older place that it still felt dirty. The carpets were old and dingy. The rates were overpriced considering what you will get. If you can't stay here for a cheap price then stay somewhere else cos that is all it's worth at the moment. I'm not a complainer in life so what you have hear is an honest opinion. Be warned.

“Not Impressed”

Previous night's tenant had smoked in this non-smoking room. When we arrived and checked in, the room reeked of smoke. Front Desk nor Manager would give us a different room. We had to spray our pillow cases with cologne so that we could sleep. The room was also quite shabby looking. This is NOT a three star as indicated on Expedia.
