“Close to a largest mall and to Miami”

If you want to shop a lot, stay here so you can go as many times as you want to the Sawgrass Mall. If you are booking at the last minute to Miami for a holiday trip, it pays off to stay here, you save a lot and the hotel is about a 40 minute drive from Miami Beach on a good highway. For the price it charges, it is fine.

Hotel staff was nice Ramon was excellent when we checked in at 3am.... Front desk staff was always very freindly and professional Renee at the front desk was also very helpful when we needed to extend our stay one day My only complaint is it no close to the i-95 or turnpike

It was pretty nice, it didn't has the classic flowery beds, the room and the bathroom were both very confortable and the personal were very polite!

“A very nice hotel”

We enjoyed our stay here, but have only one complaint - the prices at the dining room are too high and the menu is limited for dinner and remains the same every day. Our breakfast was not only expensive but an 18% gratuity was included in the total and there were only 2 of us, not 6. That's ridiculous. Staff was very helpful in giving us directions and suggestions for restaurants.

A very nice hotel. The room was huge, clean, and perfect. The food was excellent. I had the best breakfast that I have ever have been served anywhere which was very beneficial since I was in town for an early morning interview.

“Very Impressed”

This is a very unassuming place, and the exterior does not do it justice. The rooms were very comfortable and very quiet. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff was very helpful. There was an intitial mixup upon check in and the wrong room was reserved. The clerk immediately told me not to worry that he would make us happy, and he went above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in that area.

“Pleasantly surprised”

The hotel was apparently recently refurbished so the amenities were modern and in very good condition. I even found the furniture in the room to be more stylish than what I expected. All the employees I dealt with were courteous and professional. Overall, I was left with the impression that the hotel was making an effort to satisfy me.
