“good trip, profitable”
Very clean, nice people, helpful
“Excellent stay”
We were there on business, looking for locations to open new lots. management was very helpful, giving us directions to where we needed to go
“Worse experience ever”
if I was you, I would take this place off your list. My wife was even scared to get out of the room.
“Traveler Beware/Not as Pictured”
I would say if you are looking for a place to rest your head for the night, this place would pass. If you are looking for amenities, this is not a place to visit. This was a last minute business trip for me. Had I more time I would have done more research on the place, but it was close to the meeting place I went down for. Only booked 2 nights. Only slept there one. Will compliment the all the staff for the courtesy and making the best of what was there. I would NOT refer friends or family though.
“The PITS!”
Room was less than clean, walls were filthy, smoke detector hanging from wires. Bath towels like hand towels and extremely thin. We would never go back . In general, the place was a flop house. Only plus with this establishment were that the hotel employees were kind and courteous. For goodness sake give them a place to be proud of, a little paint and cleanser would be a good start.
“Ok hotel for the price.”
The hotel is a little out dated but clean. The only problem I had was why they put me as far from the check-in area as they could get , with the hotel not even 1/2 full ?
“Desaster in rm 106, bloo on walls stink stink, it was hell, never stay there...”
Well it was a disaster, the room was nasty smell bad , blood on the wall lots of Bums walking and sitting in front of your door, it was hell, no iron , had to get the bed change the first day before i lay in it it was full of spots , the blanket was stink had to sleep without, it was hell... the service personal was non existing . I had to beg to get my room clean and instead they brought me 2 towels and say they forgot to clean it, that's it, was a party by the pool everynite and it was loud, My dear Expedia if you want my business Drop this Hotel...
“Stay somewhere else”
I requested a king or at least single bed room and got a double bed room. Asked for non-smoking and received a room with the stench of smoke even on the sheets! I returned to the front desk for a refund for an unacceptable room and was unapologetically told there would be no refund based on hotel policy. It seems like they make the bulk of their money on unsuspecting tenants who cancel their reservation when presented with the most disgusting excuse for a place to sleep upon arrival. The place is additionally horribly outdated and crumbling with water leaks everywhere and peeling paint even inside the rooms. If you're looking for a room for shady practices then this is your place, if not, then please do yourself a favor and stay miles away from this place!
“fair value for the price”
Met my expectations for the money. Would not recommend to a single female - clientel is a bit indimidating
“falling apart in Deerfield”
We were not pleased with The Holiday Park Hotel and Suites at all. The shower in room 108's ceiling was falling down and we couldn't take a shower. I asked for the manager and was informed that he isn't on the promises on the weekends and only available to call 9 to 5 Monday thur Friday. When I returned from my cruise I called a couple times and left messages that still remain unanswered almost a month later. Pool was beautiful the rest of the hotel is very run down. The dinning area for the breakfast smelled musty.
