Hollywood Beach Resort Cruise Port

Great deal including full kitchen, comfy beds, free shuttle and good continental breakfast. have stayed twice and will again.

No cold water in shower, faucet was broken, shower clogged so all of bath water remained in tub.

The hotel is nice and clean and it has a perfect location at the beach and boardwalk. It has a free shuttle bus and the drivers are very nice.

Two check in desks, parking terrible, old and very unkept. Charged $10 a day for "Resort" fee and not even any chairs on the beach for customers to sit in-NOTa resort by any means. Worst place we have stayed in over 20 years.

The hotel itself looked run down but had the most amazing rooms

I well never recomend this hotel to anyone.the rooms are bad.the servise is horrible.we had to pay for the pool umbrellas, we stay at the hotel for 3 days and the never clean our rooms,wen we were leaving the balet parking man ask us to pay 12 more $ we ask hem why, and he stared to insult us sain tha thas cuban's problems we never waned to pay thas verry rasist ,and he tell us do never com back to this hotel. i don't think hes anyone to tell us that hes name is jose is very rude and desrespectful. we went to look for a manager and ther is no manager at that hotell for any problem. i well never go to that hotel again...

I got a good last minute deal on this hotel, so it was well worth the price I paid. The hotel is in an old mall and has a bit of a creepy abandoned vibe. It is right on the beach though, so the view outside was beautiful

This hotel does not deserve to be rated. Outside grounds littered,no signage, no formal lobby. Room dreadful. MUSTY, SHEETS WET !! Asked to move they claimed they were full and could not offer assistance. Staff abrupt and not helpful. Suttle was to be included but was not had to get a taxi to cruise port @ the tune of $60. Location questionable, bars on all windows. I have booked many times with Expedia and have trusted their choices. This hotel is HORRILE and no one should ever stay there. Expedia do not keep this hotel in your inventory.

Shutttle service does not start till 7:00 am. We were unaware of this fact upon booking. As we had an early flight we had to pay our own way to the airport. This added $ to our one night stay. Property is currently changing to new management and therefore checkin arrangements were thru two separate Lobbies which was odd. Great location and staff was good to deal with. If they follow thru with reno's this will eventually be a great place to stay. At the moment the main lobby offers very little.
