“Great!”

We were very pleased with this place. The price was great. The quality of the room, the friendly service, the bicycles, the nice computers, patios, porches, furnishings, location, and they let us use their washers and dryers to wash our clothes. They have fresh delicious coffee available in the office. We couldn't have been more content. We will return to this place again for sure.

“Great”

I chose this hotel on-line, from the pictures and the location...It was EXACTLY as shown in photos. Friendly staff and guests. My daughter is thinking of using this hotel on a short week end to Hollywood Beach...we were only there for 3 nts., but all went well. P.S. Bathroom is VERY small. My husband and I are small people, large people would have difficulty.

“Wish we stayed longer.”

We loved this hotel and the location close to the beach and boardwalk. The only thing lacking was a pool. The gathering area between the two units was especially nice to meet fellow vacationers. We never got into our car while there. There's a trolly stop across the street and an awesome bakery with walking distance. Nightly entertainment at the theater on the boardwalk. Everything was great!

“Perfect stay at the beach.”

It started beore I left home. I phoned inquiring to add an extra bed for last minute guest. They said no problem you were upgraded to a suite. We arrived. Staff polite. Informed us of the $10 parking charge, rentals. In minutes we were riding bikes on the broadwalk. Took the bikes back grabbed the beach towels and chairs to the ocean for some fun and sun. By the next day my ice was done. No ice machines. But the housekeeping lady took me to the office kitchen and gave me some.

“Can't wait to go back”

This hotel exceeded my expectations.I was able to check-in at 10:00 am since my flight arrived in the morning and the staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and looked nice; however, nothing luxurious. It had a plasma TV, a fridge, and a microwave. Also, this hotel is close to the beach, restaurants. The parking fee is $10 per stay, but it's worth it since the street parking is $1 per hour. Moreover, the hotel has a lobby with computers connected to the internet and wi-fi, a kitchen, barbecue grills. It also offers freebies such as beach chairs, etc. The only negative experience during my stay was the snoring of my next-door neighbors, but it can happen anywhere. LOL

“Liked it a lot but had problems parking”

I really liked the hotel. Felt really good there and loved the location right by the beach. However when I got home late at night there were no parking spots left at times and there is NO Parking in the neighborhood. I ended up parking at a neighboring businesses lot at night figuring they wouldn't even notice until they came back in the morning. Guess what - I got towed! Cost me $$$ to get my car back. If you plan to be in at night before 8 or 9pm no problem, other than that there can be problems. Ken

“nice place”

This hotel has been recently updated. Everything from the fresh paint to the modern furnishings by IKEA felt new. It also felt very clean if small. Great location with a block to beach access. Picnic tables set up in common areas and were being heavily used, yet the moment out door was closed we couldn't hear a sound. The biggest draw back for me was the lack of parking. The hotel does not offer parking and you have to cruise up and down one-way streets until you are lucky enough to find a meter, which makes it a terrible inconvenience.

“Nice little hotel.”

A very nice little place for a reasonable price. I nad a regular single room. One of the things I liked best was that the bedspread was white. I've read, and heard on TV, so much lately about how some hotels don't clean the bedspreads very well. Being white, it was pretty easy to tell that it was clean.

“best quality / price”

With 4 days loose before our ship cruise, we searched for a little hotel near the beach and the boardwalk. At +/- 200 ft., this was a great place, with the volleyball just there, and big waves too. The first bldgs on the boardwalk are not attractives, but when we go 1/10 mile to the left (north) or right (south), there's more activities, with restaurants and shops. My wife and I appreciated this small motel, clean, reasonable, and well situated.
