“Great hotel, didn't have any problems”
We had a great stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is located very conveniently to I-95 and the Tri-Rail train (which gives you access to Miami), and it's close to downtown Hollywood. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we felt safe there. We would definitely stay there again!
“A Very Satistfied Guest Would Definitely Doing Again On My Netx Vacation”
It was a wonderful stay
“affordable, clean and friendly staff”
My 3rd stay here....not a glamourous hotel but rooms are in great shape...clean...comfortable and staff are friendly! The location is convenient to Ft.Lauderdale airport and right off the 95 hwy. The grounds and pool area needs serious manicure which will add. However will return!
“I WILL COME BACK SOON”
OVER ALL MY STAY AT THE HOTEL WAS NICE
“Will return again”
I did not get to the hotel in the morning after i arrived, but I called worried about when was check in and was told not to worry that they would have a room what ever time we get there. Once there was a little shock about the surrounding area but in the morning found it pleasent. Yes they were under renovation. The quailty of my room was outstanding, it was super clean, the staff were very nice, the maid that i had for the week was very nice and went out her way to help me. It was also queit after you closed the door. I had to set alarm to wake up because i had such a pleasent sleep. The only problem was the breakfast it was not much, just some cookies, donut hole and cereal. But that was ok because Ihop and a donut shop were just walking distance away. First floor was the best
“EXCELENT HOTEL !”
GREAT CLEAN, NEAR THE AIRPORT, EASY ACCESS, GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD, GREAT SERVICE, VERY COMFORTABLE, EXCELLENT ... I recommend!
“Hollywood Gateway”
The staff was helpful in giving me directions to various locations. The early breakfast allowed me to concentrate on going to meetings and taking care of chores. I would recommend it to anyone stopping for a few days in the area who wants to see attractions or on business.
“Hollywood FL”
facility itself could use an uplift but grounds were in good condition, rooms very clean
“Good Budget Hotel Stay”
This is a budget priced motel and about what I expected based on other reviews I've read. The actual block it is located is not that nice, off a busy commerical part of Hollywood Blvd, but again, I knew this. The renovated room was nice but no frills (not even a coffee maker), so this is just a cheap place to sleep while you go out to explore the area the rest of the time. Located right next to I-95, so it is ideal if you have a car (wouldn't stay here without one). Pool isn't that bad, it looked clean, though not resort quality by any means. For breakfast, lobby has free coffee, cereal, dounuts, bagels and cream cheese (milk and juice are in the mini-fridge under the microwave), but get there early or stuff runs out! Computer there as well, but it's pay-by-minute with a credit card. For the most part, I felt safe here, but the desk clerk has to buzz you in if you check-in at night, and my room didn't have a safe.
“Okay for a Budget Hotel”
I stay here because it is relatively cheap and convenient to I-95, and I have had no problems with my stays. The sheets, towels and bathroom are clean, TV/cable worked, and my room came with a microwave and mini-fridge. Generally, I was satisfied with my stay. The negatives were a musty room (some mold in the carpet), bathroom door had huge paint chip, marble bathroom counter had a big crack across it, room looked out to a big parking lot shared with commercial businesses next door (including an auto repair shop) and a big unpainted spackle job on the wall. This is a budget motel, which caters to truck drivers, so expect to see big semi-rigs in the parking lot. Free coffee, bagels, doughnuts and juice in the lobby for breakfast. Has free Wi-Fi but I didn't use it.
