“Cheap, but nothing to write home about”

Very inexpensive - and that's a plus. Road around it is currently under construction, so if you are staying there, choose the room facing opposite the road.

“not impressed”

The hotel experience was poor for example normally multiply toilet paper, daily cleaning and free internet access, None of the fore mention supply and services were made available ,

“Not worth the rating”

I arrived at 3:00 pm thinking that I could check in as stated online, at 3:00pm. Not so, I was informed there were no clean rooms and I would be able to check in 20 minutes later. An hour and a half later I was able to check in. Then I was given the wrong room ( I had reserved 2 queen, nonsmoking) . When I questioned the room, I was told that I had gotten what I reserved; thank God I kept my online expedia reservation to show otherwise! Then I was given a nonsmoking, two queens- but the room was infested with ants every, the bathroom was so-so. Not clean, tub peeling paint off inside, mirror cracked, and neat, but not clean. I was not impressed. No ice machine, the thermostat was broken, a sign in the room adising guest not to be alarmed by the yellow color of the water because it is tested regularly for bacteria...I would not stay there again. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but upon my several visits to the front desk, I witnessed more than one unhappy guest.

Area recommendations

I would recommend not staying in Davie, FL, but in Plantation or Fort Lauderdale. We were there for a soccer tourn. and through word of mouth found there were much nicer places for about the same price.

“Ticks on my bed!!”

The overall place its ok, but i would rather have paid extra 30dls for a better cleaner room, the staff is nice, location is hard to find, its in the middle of 2 contruction sites, and surrounded by warehouses, i came in the room and everthing seemed fine, i got on the bed and i felt something crawling on my neck, it was a tick, i killed it, i searched all the bed, i found nothing, themn 2 hours later again i felt something crawling on my neck, another tick, that was the end of it, i left the hotel, i lost some money so whatever , its better than sleeping with ticks and possibly contacting a disease, please do not stay here.

“Nice place to stay.”

This was a great place to spend a night or two. Nothing fancy, but very clean. The room included a full kitchenette, and was well equipped--so well laid out that you'd be able to live there for a while. Plenty of places to shop and eat within a block or two.

“Horrible experience”

“Budget friendly, but no frills”

Jjust the basics, nothing special. Only complaint was the moldy shower curtain. Yuck.

“good location, pretty much what I expected”

Very convenient location right next to freeway with no freeway noise. Cool sports bars and restaurants just down the street. Kitchenette came in handy, fridge worked, coffee maker worked, A/C worked well. No daily maid service because it's an extended stay, but no big deal for us. TV was a bit fuzzy and mattress was just ok. Overall fairly clean and what you'd expect for the price.
