Nice but one day we came back half the trash was taken out of the room and there was a washcloth filled with hair that wasn't mine left on the dresser....that was the only thing I can complain about..... Other than that it's nice pool ok hot breakfast and dinner come with your purchase as well as computer room with printer. They have laundry room and bring change snake area 4 late night munchies...

Great hotel for a baseball game.

My family and I stayed one night for a marlines baseball game. Beds were very comfortable we got a good nights sleep after the game.

My experience is good and the hotel is very clean. You need to have car because no restaurants nearby.

Pros: NICE AND CLEAN WITH A NICE BREAKFAST.
Cons: FRONT OFFICE PERSONNEL
MY HUSBAND IS BLIND AND WE LEFT HIS WHITE CANE IN OUR ROOM PRIOR TO CRUISE, WE CONTACTED FRONT DESK AND SAID WE COULD PICK UP AT THE FRONT DESK, IT WOULD BE WAITING. WE WERE GIVEN THE RUN=A=AROUND WHILE A CAB WAS WAITING AND AFTER ABOUT 29 MINUTES WITH THE METER RUNNING IT WAS BROUGHT TO ME. WAS NOT TREATED VERY WELL.

nice hotel close to FLL and to ship

Pros: shuttle from FLL to hotel was fast, breakfast was great
Cons: the handicap room was a too far from the lobby
Location: hotel location was great and between airport and ship
shuttle driver was very helpful to handicap person

Cons: Early AM service
Desk clerk at check-in was terrific 5/3 am, she directed us to specialty store we were seeking, called transportation, etc. Then Sunday5/4 am went to lobby at 5 am to await airport shuttle & there was no coffee or anything out which is one of reasons we stayed a at Homestead. Clerk said she had been too busy, but we were the first of 20 down there to wait and she never did make coffee. Passengers on shuttle from Fairmont suites across the street said they had complimentary am coffee there!

The staff was so nice, with a excelent service and attenption. The room was confortable a very clean, with excelent view to the pool. The breakfast service was also excelent.

We only stayed one night but this hotel was perfect for us. We had a one bedroom suite for 2 parents and 2 adult children and had plenty of space. The offered complementary dinner and then breakfast the next morning. Where can you find that for under $200?

Pros: the room was nice, clean and breakfast was good.
Cons: staff knowledge and attitude
Location: the location worked for the airport and the shuttle took us to dinner
The hotel was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff however were not, they only checked us in for one room, had to go down and recheck in, gave us the wrong key, had to go down again, asked them to pick us up at the airport with shuttle, reassured they would be there, had to wait at the airport for 90 minutes to get back to hotel; asked about dinner reservations for sals Italian restaurant , told we didn't need them, asked if we could make them anyways and said they didn't take reservations, got there , restaurant was full, reservations are needed and had to wait for 2 hours for dinner. Everytime we asked a question at the desk the clerk replied ya, ya and seemed annoyed that we were asking him a question.I would never stay there again and we travel frequently.
