“Location was wonderful...we will go back!!”

The location is right on the boardwalk in Hollywood! Our room over looked thye ocean and boardwalk!! The building is old, but is currently under going remodeling and was tolerable. We look forward to going back next year and seeing how it looks then.

“friendly staff, great location hotel”

The room we had reserved was not available, so they upgraded us to a ocean view room at no extra cost. while it is an older hotel, they appear to be working on upgrading its condition.the rooms were clean. the bathroom was quite dated but met our needs. the beach is right in front of the hotel with great shopping. we are very satisfied with this hotel overall

“Great location and sidewalk cafe's”

The hotel is under a new owner and still in the process of remodeling. They are to have it completed in June. The hotel is in the center of the broadwalk right on the beach with sidewalk cafe's all around. No need for a car as you can rent bike's,scooter's,ect. and trolley and busses are a block away. The hotel also has beach chair's and towels for you. Am anxious to return next year,

“Great Location!”

This little hotel is in a great location, is undergoing renovations and it's going to be great when they are done! Not the Ritz but it's on the beach and boardwalk, lots of stuff around to do and if you get an ocean view, you can see the sun rise on the beach, it's amazing! Also they have two rooms with balcony not advertised that we will book for next time because havi g the balcony over the boardwalk is awesome! Really enjoyed our stay!

“Location Location Location!”

The hotel was still under construction but it is in an ideal location. If you are looking for The Four Seasons, this is not the place, but it met our needs. The people were very friendly - we received as many towels as we wanted for the beach, small beach chairs and an umbrella if we wanted one. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and linens. It had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom door wouldn't close completely because of the new paint but it wasn't a big deal to us. The room also came with a hair dryer although make sure you look in the closet to find it. The light in the closet also did not work. Every time we wanted a taxi, the front desk would call and it would be there within minutes. As I mentioned earlier the location is fantastic! You are literally on the boardwalk/beach as soon as you walk out the front door. There are many restaurants/bars/shops all around you. The place next door had a 3.95 breakfast daily (eggs, toast, potatoes, pancakes,bacon/sausage) daily - great deal! One day it started to rain on the beach and we were back in the hotel in no time, unlike others who were drenched. If you are looking for a moderate (not luxurious) hotel in an ideal location, this is the place for you. Once the construction is finished in the lobby and some of the rooms, it will probably go up in price. I would definitely stay there again.

“Pefect for us! Location was wonderful!”

This hotel is in an excellent location..right on the beach, boardwalk. I absolutely love the locataion..close to restaurants and shops. Walk right out the door and your at the beach. With kids this was really important to me. They also provide chairs and towels free of charge. It has a very nice outward appearance, and moves are being made to update the inside. they are currently in construction mode and I believe will be very nice when construction updating is complete. If you are looking for a high class hotel this is not for you. If you want a friendly staff and a nice room to suite the purpose of being on the beach within a good price range , then choose this hotel.. Beds are very comfortable and have microwaves, fridge and coffee maker. When we travel we don't spend much time in our room, it's a place to sleep and bathe. I will definitely stay here again.

“Great location at a good price”

The hotel is undergoing renovations and is not very appealing to see its lobby however the rooms were fine. Old but sufficient for the time you spend in them. The location is absolutely wonderful. It is close to the theater, restaurants on the broadwalk and the intracoastal( where they are much better and reasonable for what you get). The beach is within steps of the door and it is definitly nice that they give you chairs, umbrella and towels. The only thing missing is the use of bicycles but you can't have everything.

“Great Location”

The hotel lobby is currently under renovation. But don't be alarmed, the rooms are fine and the location on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk cannot be beat. Free parking was great too

The hotel was very nice. It's under construction but the service was outstanding. We will be staying there again!!!!
