“Slept on Clouds”

The hotel was great, and looked exactly like the pictures on the site. When they say luxury bedding they mean it! I had the MOST exquisite sleep of my life in my rooms plush king size bed, and i would book a stay at the Hyatt just for the amazing sleep. Also, the food and maid service was great, and the staff were all friendly and very accommodating. The location wasnt very far from miami nor Las Oles which are both great places to visit. Overall, i loved the hotel and would reccomend it to anyone.

“Newly renovated”

This hotel has always been slightly overpriced, but I stay there for the location. I was pleasantly suprised on my recent trip to find that they have renovated all the rooms, put in new furniture, new beds (very comfortable) and 42" plasma screens in the rooms. I no longer consider this hotel overpriced. You now get what you pay for. I am very satisfied.

Our stay at the Hyatt Place was very pleasant. The room was very clean, the bed and pillow were very comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was definitely a nice touch. The location of this hotel is ideally suited for a person without transportation, so you can take advantage of their three-mile radius shuttle service. The complimentary continental breakfast was nice, but at times wished for a little variety. It would have been nice to have a microwave and safe in the room. The hotel is very close to Broward mall, Fashion mall and also Sawgrass mall. There are lots of restaurants close by. We enjoyed ourselves and will certainly be visiting again.

The location couldn't have been any better! The front-desk personnel was more than willing to go the additional mile. The room was actually a suite! I definitely recommend it!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable. Certainly what you would expect from a pricier hotel.We will definitely stay here again... and we didn't even have time to try out the pool.

“Remarkable Service Staff”

Hotel service is incredible! They are very friendly and make every effort to ensure a pleasant stay. Our room was perfectly comfortable for the 3 of us, but I can't see it accomodating 6, which is what the website stated. It was particularly clean and well kept. The exercise room has high quality equipment. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

I was looking for a clean safe place, specially safe since it was only women traveling, and it was perfect! The neighborhood was nice and very close to a mall and outlet! I already told my husband we should use this hotel when we travel with the kids!
