Nice hotel in Plantation and a great location.

Pros: The location, clean and comfortable rooms.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: The location is awesome and there are several restaurants to chose from in the area.
I frequent this hotel often, it's always been a great place for me and there are several places to eat in the area.

Not the hyatt I am accustomed to. My room stunk. In spite of management best effort, I had to endure a stink room for two nights. Additionally, the breakfast was extremely limited both days. We moved to Hampton and was pleasantly surprise, it was real value for dollar. My last time at Hyatt.

For your comfort and reassurance we had our national pest control representative come to inspect your room and he found no evidence of pest, past or present. Hopefully, what you found was something that found it way in with you entering from outside. We have also addressed the all cleaning issues with our housekeeping staff. Expected more!!

Pros: Buffet was good
Cons: Room smell, get rid of the musky smell!!!
For a Hyatt I was really expecting more. The room had a musky smell as we walked in, I've never experienced that before and totally didn't expect that. The buffet was good but everything else very ordinary.

Ninty nine percent of the staff were excellent .

Pros: The workers that I met and had contact with.
Cons: Not much.
Location: We were on a Golf Tour and we knew where most of the Courses were and where to eat in the evening.We have stayed at the Hotel several times before.
I had a great experience at the Hotel. All the Workers that I met were great people. They wanted you to enjoy your stay at the Hotel.

Nice place and friendly staff. Free breakfast is good. Restaurant in front of hotel is amazing. Einstein bagels within walking distance

This hotel was easy to find, near decent restaurants, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was quite good as well. The only problem we had was getting onto the internet in the evening. This was not just a minor inconvenience since we did need it for making our next travel arrangements and some work.

Staff and amenities

The staff at this hotel were so nice. We missed the shuttle to sawgrass mills and A staff member offered to drive us anyway and drop us off in the middle of the day and a shuttle would pick us up. We had just gotten off a cruise and were so tired having a menu at the hotel to have food ordered and picked up in the lobby was an added bonus and it was delicious. I enjoyed this hotel a great deal!

Nice hotel, convenient access to alll areas by car

Pros: The staff was friendly, room had nice size TV, and was a good size room with area to work.
Cons: Rooms could use better amenities like soaps, lotion etc. lobby area can be a bit congested during morning buffet.
Location: Not much to do in immediate area but convenient by car to routes North, South and East to the shore. There are two restaurants nearby you can walk to.
Generally nice for the price. Staff very friendly. Morning buffet was nice. Rooms could use better amenities like soaps, lotion etc. House keeping did not refresh my room one day, staff was apologetic. I would recommend it if you need to stay in that area.
