This hotel was easy to find, near decent restaurants, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was quite good as well. The only problem we had was getting onto the internet in the evening. This was not just a minor inconvenience since we did need it for making our next travel arrangements and some work.

The staff at this hotel were so nice. We missed the shuttle to sawgrass mills and A staff member offered to drive us anyway and drop us off in the middle of the day and a shuttle would pick us up. We had just gotten off a cruise and were so tired having a menu at the hotel to have food ordered and picked up in the lobby was an added bonus and it was delicious. I enjoyed this hotel a great deal!

Nice hotel, convenient access to alll areas by car

Pros: The staff was friendly, room had nice size TV, and was a good size room with area to work.
Cons: Rooms could use better amenities like soaps, lotion etc. lobby area can be a bit congested during morning buffet.
Location: Not much to do in immediate area but convenient by car to routes North, South and East to the shore. There are two restaurants nearby you can walk to.
Generally nice for the price. Staff very friendly. Morning buffet was nice. Rooms could use better amenities like soaps, lotion etc. House keeping did not refresh my room one day, staff was apologetic. I would recommend it if you need to stay in that area.

Pros: Customer Service and the cleanliness of the bed.
Cons: Room was clean, however a little more dusting can be done
It was only an overnight stay. I didn't get to enjoy a lot of the amenities'. I am a person who is highly allergic to hotel and hotel rooms. I was much more comfortable in the bed than any other hotel I have ever stayed at. Will definitely stay there again.

Staff that aims to please

Pros: The staff.
Location: Easy walk to shops, Target, etc.
Although I was a bit disappointed that I needed to get a taxi/van service to get to and from the airport/port, this staff at Hyatt were extremely friendly, fun and kind. Our room had an air conditioner that was leaking on the carpet and it was pretty wet. We went downstairs to let them know, in case they could get maintenance in to fix it. They immediately moved us to another room, since we had not unpacked yet. They also offered us complimentary drinks for the trouble. The only reason I gave the room cleanliness a 4 is because the cushion on the sofa was worn in the front. The rooms were spacious and we slept peacfully, which was our goal for the evening!

Just stayed a night to attend a concert at the Hard Rock. Quite close, to drive or Taxi ($25 each way).

The location is great and so are the services. Staff is attentive and caring. The room itself is older, needs updating. Would have appreciated a micro. Overall very good stay. Would come again.

Pros: The staff at the front desk is the best.Kindness, thoughful,helpfull in all repect.
Cons: nothing
Location: The best carrot cake at J Alexander and great food,and sawgrass mall

I arrived early that day spoke to the person in charge at the moment inquiring for an early check in. Unfortunately was not possible but I requested that was important that the 3 rooms were toghether as we were a 10 people big family they said no problem we have already assigned your rooms and they are together, with that we left to return late night arround 9pm and oh surprise they were giving us 3 room in different floors 2nd 5th and 6th, finally after arguin for almost 45 minutes we got 2 rooms one infront off the other and one on the 4th floor. This is really bad for the hotel image unsatified customers not a good bussiness. The manger tried to excuse himself and offered complimentary cocktails for 4 people.
