We loved the hospitality of the staff at this property! The only thing I did not like was there was no parking available besides valet, however since everything is walking distance, it was absolutely worth it regardless!

Very nice property and awesome views of the intracoastal waterways. The only issue is parking. Either you pay the $35 valet or park on the street with a maximum of 3 hours even when using the phone application

Rooms were nice. Good breakfast. Front desk personnel were not unkind but not friendly or helpful. Did not have place to print anything if needed. Pool is in shade so no tanning at pool. Beach is 5-6 blocks away and as hotel is not beachfront there are no chairs etc to use. Lot of good restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Oscar at main front desk is extremely helpful, friendly and professional at his job. Definitely a people person. World needs more talent like him. All staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. Pub / restaurant, cleaning staff all good at their jobs. Great sleep, views from many parts of the hotel. Great location.

The room next to us, decided to party until 6 am with bass pumping. I called front desk, all startled with the noise, asked the front desk to find the source of the party and said to the guy, “you know my room number” was going to tell him to check room number beside me…. Was greeted with a pleasant “you don’t Know your room number?” Smart remark to tell an annoyed guest.. then after waiting another 30mins, with the noise, called back, and was told “ I don’t hear anything” Can you believe that? Yeah, I’m making that up at 3 in the morning. Disgusting service. So I said, room next door to my bedroom. Shortly after that, they lowered it, but talked all night and had the music lower, but still on and people over till 6 am. Disappointed. This place is wonderful except for this lack of attention for my matter. Won’t stay there again.

This was a great place to stay. Very spacious and clean room, courteous and helpful staff, decent breakfast and walkable neighborhood. Shout out to the front desk staff Teressa who let us check in early. She was very sweet and friendly. Valet parking for $35 with an in and out privilege which seems pretty fair. I would definitely stay here again.
