La Quinta Inn and Suites Ft Lauderdale Plantation

Had a problem with room service. The manager was very pleasant and fair.

Well I was in and out but each time I came to my room it was clean and they always ask if I needed anything.

the hotel has no breakfast is little cooler when you put more pancakes requires an employee answered rude not recommend this hotel, all the time poor Intenet

Enjoy my stay wish i could stay longer. Everything was nice staff was friendly and overall stay was magnificent!!!!

We stayed here a couple of years ago and liked it so much that when in the area again we chose the same hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and the service was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Review may look much different if I were a smoker. Our non smoking room was the heaviest smelling smoke infused room I've been in traveling over 35 years. I noted our late arrival, and we were told they gave out all non smoking room. This room had no ash trays that we noted anywhere. Don't they put them in smoking rooms? Wife has asthma, spent an hour looking for another hotel...everything full. At 3 am the front desk came up and sprayed a room with 2 full beds with some sort of spray neutralizer. We were on vacation so two full beds? It was okay, we just needed the little rest we'd get before our am meeting. The room was much improved after having been sprayed, but I'm not sure that first room will ever come back. Noticed several large dogs with guests at the property too (Rottweilers). I think if we had been checked into a clean room that didn't trigger my wifes asthma from the heavy smoke this review may look much different. Be sure your room will not smell of heavy smoke if you need non smoking. I'd give it mostly 4's vs 2's if that were the case. Thanks for the effort tho front desk. It was very close to our meeting so we did appreciate that in the am. Beautifully landscaped area and convenient free parking. Gotta find the good too :)

Only stayed one night but overall this was a good hotel. Room smelled a little like smoke and the pillows were missing the cases which was an immediate turn off. Two of the pillows were heavily stained and I decided not to use them. Large room with a nice flat screen TV, spacious bathroom, and free breakfast made up for lack of cleanliness in the room. Excellent customer service and friendly desk people. I would recommend this hotel.
