Room smelled like mold. Carpet had stains and not sure if it was clean. Complementary breakfast didn't have much to choose from.

quiet, convenient, no bugsPosted Jan 13, 2015
We stayed four nights on the first floor, very convenient parking right outside our room's door, I was expecting some bugs but didn't see any, double beds are comfortable, carpet seems to hold on to a little dirt even after vacuum so wear some slippers, we booked an economy room, there's a coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, the TV (I think 35") had about 40 channels, continental breakfast was ok, there's a Wendy's right in front of the hotel, very quiet A/C is a wall unit that has heat option, I found the area safe and quiet, I would stay here again.

Good location. Needs a bigger sign on the street.Posted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: Comfy bed.
Cons: Bigger sign on the street. The bath towels are a bit rough from drying at too high a heat.
The room was comfortable - the bed amazing. The outside walkways are a little worn and don't seem to be very clean. I would stay there again.

Customer service kinda sucks. The bed is super comfortable. We were not informed that our room did not come with a fridge. Toilet was a little bad, it was a little wiggly and you had to hold the handle down in order to flush away all of the contents. I guess for a night or two, its ok but for $110/night, ummm not really. But was an ok stay, not too bad.

You get your money's worthPosted Dec 12, 2014
Pros: Staff, rooms were good
Cons: More tv cahannels, warmer pool
Location: You do have to travel for everythin
It is a nice hotel right off off 95. You are a couple of blocks b4 the neighborhood turns. The staff is very helpful and nice. Jill at the front desk is awesome. So is the other girl whose name I cant remember. Housekeeping is very good, which is saying alot in south florida. Could use more channels on the tv and a warmer pool. But it was a pleasant stay .

2 Star Max BudgetPosted Dec 1, 2014
Room smelled like chemicals to hide cigarette smoke and hadn't been updated in a long time. Walls thin. Could hear neighbors getting ice at all hours and babies crying. Hidden behind a Wendy's near I-95 with highway noise. Small unheated pool. Free Breakfast OK but contents varied a lot day to day. Checkin and out painless and bed and pillows comfortable.

Nice staff but too expensive.Posted Dec 1, 2014
The rooms are nice , but you can feel the cigarette smoke odor from carpets. On the other hand even when I've selected "Pay at Hotel" Expedia charged my credit card 2 days before I went to the hotel.

I enjoyed the stay while I was there. If I have time again I would go back to the same one again.

Great staff, mediocre roomPosted Nov 22, 2014
Pros: Excellent staff!
Cons: Needs a freshening if not a rehab. Externally, the hotel is tired and breaking down. Rooms are ok but look a little tired, not fresh and bright.
Location: I was in the area for business, and have no idea what entertainment is available. Good selection of restaurants though.
While this wasn't a bad hotel, it wasn't one I'd recommend highly. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, just a little tired looking. There was no remote for the tv (fortunately there's an app for that) and a strong cigarette smoke smell was coming from the vents in the bathroom. I had a non-smoking room, but there are adjacent smoking rooms that shared air ducts with my room.
