“WORKS FOR ME”

THIS IS NOT YOUR STATE OF THE ART HOTEL. IT S DATED AND OLD BUT CONDITION HAS BEEN MAINTAINED WELL. THE PRICE MAKES UP FOR THIS. AND THE LOCATION COULD NOT BE BETTER FOR FT LAUDERDALE BEACH ACCESS. THIS IS THE HUB FOR CASUAL NITE LIFE. POOL AND SITTING AREAS IN FRONT OF EVERY UNIT MAKE FOR A GREAT PLACE TO UNWIND FROM A BUSY DAY. I WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN NEXT TIME.

“Excellent Stay”

The husband and I went on a mini "stay-cation" for the weekend before the birth of our first baby in two weeks. Didn't know what to expect after a few of the reviews below, but I was overwhelming surprised. There was a functioning grill right outside our door; a sparkling, well-maintained pool; extremely friendly staff; great location and access next to the beach; and right on the bus route ($3 a day) for city traveling. The floors were tile & scrubbed, unbelievable storage in bathroom (medicine cabinet 3 times the size of mine at home, and lots of space under counter). Furnishings were fine. Towels were soft. Really a diamond in the rough, overall. I'm a Florida native, and have stayed in many places across our great state. For beach motels, this is second to none. I guess some people will always have something to complain about, and if you search long enough, you can find something wrong with any place you stay. It's an older motel, chairs at pool need to be replaced, but pool immaculate & highly enjoyable. But overall, unbelievable deal and great accomodations. Wouldn't have traded my weekend for a stay at anywhere else around Ft. Lauderdale.

“Will definitely go back”

Rooms were very nice, a bit outdated, but still comfortable. Service was exceptional. No problems checking in or out. It was a great 3 day stay for my wife and I.

“Good except for location”

The hotel is decent. Located just near the beach but most of the action happens in downtown and the crowded beach is also away (2 miles i think), so if u dont have your own conveyance, location is a big putoff. For all other traveleers I would recommend this hotel.. Great value for money

Hotel is a great deal in South Fl, right across from beach. Wonderful and friendly staff, can't wait to go back. Highly reccomend anyone visiting to take advantage of this hotel deal.

“Definitly worth it”

i was a little scared never being to this hotel butI had issues at the airport so it delayed my check in. when i called the guy said no problen gave me a number to call when i arrived because the office was closed and i can check in. The staff was amazing and very helpful really catered to what you needed. The rooms were clean and cleaned evryday. we had a suite which came with everything we needed for a week. The pool was really taking care of. I would recomend to anyone.

“Great Vacation”

We stayed in the third floor suite. It was very roomy and perfect for traveling with kids. The price couldn't be beat for being just a short walk from the beach. We had a view of the beach from our balcony, where we relaxed and watched our kids swim in the heated pool. The kitchen was very convenient and saved us money in eating out. We stocked up at a grocery store (Winn Dixie) about a mile up the road. We hope to come back and stay here again.
