“Best vacation ever”
Loved the location and being right on the beach. Felt like we were on a private island.
“Can't wait to go back....I love it so much”
Everything was exciting. I really liked it
“July 4 long weekend”
$3.25 for a vending machine soda?! $16 for suntan lotion?! Now that I got that off my back.......the stay was wonderful! Food here is excellent. Try 3030 for dinner (yes, it's expensive). The chicken wings at Sea Level were great........Right on the beach with plenty of chairs and water activities.....Ride the water taxi, a 10 minute walk away, and see the beautiful homes. And the July 4th outdoor BBQ was great too. Fresh and all you can eat...Hats off to the kitchen! Rooms clean and hotel staff nice. Pool mostly for the kids. Highly recommend!
“Very nice hotel”
We stayed for a week and the hotel property is top notch. Expensive food and drinks for the quality. Staff was very friendly and always available. The rooms are quite small for a hotel of this level and the rooms are not very well insulated for sound between the rooms. We had no problems getting chairs at the beach or the pool but that might have been due to the fact the hotel has many conventions and the hotel was 85% capacity but the pool and beach were completly open for just about any chair you would want. The service at the ocean front restraunt was very slow considering we were about the only couple in the entire place for dinner.
“Overall very nice”
We arrived late in the evening and were given a very small room with no king or balcony (which we had reserved) and after calling down to the front desk discovered they had over booked and had no other rooms. The next day they had one available after 2 and even moved our luggage for us. Beyond that minor setback the hotel was very nice. The restaurants were a highlight for us, they were excellent with great service and exceptional food. If you have a few hours for dinner, get the Chefs choice at the 3030, best meal I've had in a LONG time.
“Like an Old Friend”
I am currently living through an ugly divorce and I decided that for the 1st time in 22 years I would take a trip on my own so I went BACK to MHB for a quick weekend getaway. I had been there numerous times with my husband and 2 schoolage children and had always had a great experience but never experienced it on my own. It is definitely more of a "family-oriented" hotel for the most part but I was NOT uncomfortable in the least bit. The service always being pleasant and accommodating. The weather was superb too which added the finishing touch to my first taste of freedom in 22 years!
“Great place to stay can't wait to go back”
It is in a great location. Not far from the airport. We walked everywhere during the day and took cabs at night. Everyone was extremely friendly and the town was so clean you could have eaten off of the ground.
“Awesome”
It was a beautiful hotel, very expensive ~ but you get what you pay for . The hotel was probably the nicest, cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. And that is compairing it to a Sandals Resort! The pool and beach area were awesome! I think the spa was a little overrated and over priced. I had two spa visits and I think I over paid for the service.
“paradise”
from the proximity to the airport, amenities, natural beauty, great food and excellent staff the resort is a dream come true!!
“Great experience!”
Clean, efficent and pleasant staff, beautiful pool area, great beach access, updated rooms, beautiful surroundings, we really enjoyed the Starbucks in the lobby.
