This hotel was ok. Definitely a little sketchy at times. The drivers were very friendly but the front desk staff was not very accommodating. The room was decent and worked when we needed it in a pinch. Not a great place if you’re looking for a vacation spot

When I called the hotel to send the shuttle, they never picked up. I left a message, I was not called back. I rented a car to go to the hotel and when when I go there, I was discussed. The property is falling apart, the shuttle bus was parked in a comer, and I didn’t feel safe at all! Awful!!

We waited 50 minutes in the airport for the hotel shuttle. The staff was good except the one taking reservations for cruise shuttle. The property is old.

It served its purpose. Cheap hotel to stay at one night prior to getting on cruise. Free transportation from airport to hotel and from hotel to cruise port. The posted sign said they are working on new lobby and restaurant so that will be nice

horrible customer service & room. there was mold on the ceiling and in the shower. also dead bugs on the ground in the room. 30 minutes after checking in, we went to the front desk to tell them we were going somewhere else. They declined giving us a refund. also found out door dash doesn’t deliver there because it’s a bad area

We were told incorrect times of the airport shuttle numerous times by the front desk person, and staff never put our names on the list for the shuttle. We ended up having to Uber to the airport. This was extremely frustrating.

Even though room was airconditioned, it didn't work very efficiently as it was still very humid in room. The bathroom floor stayed slick, even before showering.. Very noisy outside of the room day and night. The room was updated and very clean though.

The room was adequate, really needs some upgrades, chipped paint. The hotel is under renovation, that was very obvious. Our shuttle to the port was very good. We were told more than once that we could get a shuttle back to the hotel and then to the airport. After waiting about an hour we called and were told that wasn’t going to happen.

The price is cheaper for a place to stay when cruising and they provide a shuttle to the ships. That’s about it!! The facilities were less than desirable! The lobby is congested and unorganized and after check in you have to go outside around the building to get inside to the rooms. If it’s raining you’re going to be soaked! The rooms are old and run down and you have to go inside the bathroom between the tub and toilet in order to have room to close the bathroom door! There is no coffee in the room and no restaurant in the area. In fact nothing in the area! We went next door to the one other hotel to pay for a breakfast they had included. I would recommend staying there! There is nothing in the area at all! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever stay here again. I regret trying to save a buck or two.
