“Safe/convenient location, friendly staff”

Convenient and safe location. Friendly staff at front desk. Reasonable price. Hotel staff starts clean up very early (loud vacuum in outside hallway if you are trying to sleep in) and even with renovated rooms very little power outlets for electronics and not located conveniently by desk.

“new, clean, good service”

the hotel was fairly new. staff was accomodating. our room was not ready when we checked in, but they found us another. free breakfast would have been a plus. there is a waffle house and mcd near by, but still.

“Defintely would recommend and stay again”

Very friendly staff, AMAZING price, comfortable basic room. The only problem was a slight smell of smoke in hall, but was on mixed smoking / non-smoking floor.

“worse than what I was expected”

The hotel was in a bad location. A train was passing by my room every hour and used to shake the whole building. the sheets were not clean and the bathroom was felty. Not a good choice overall.

Did not sleep all night, location and smell main cause. The sound of the train passing behind the hotel during the night wake you thinking you are in an old movie of the wild wild west. Non-smoking room, smells like smoking room. Excellent hotel for people who doesnt like to spend much, great price,,,, and who can easily falls sleep and do not bother smell or sound

“oud”

het hotel is te oud. de vloerbedekking vies en versleten. de huisdieren hebben hun sporen achtergelaten. de mensen die er werkten zijn vriendelijk. de wifi was uit de lucht de koffie was lekker en voldoende aanwezig.

“Stay FAR away!”

When first arriving to the hotel, I was happy with the service received from the front desk. From there, it was downhill. The elevator was really slow to come down and the button light did not work. I spent about 5 minutes wondering if the elevator was working or not. While waiting, I noticed that the hotel lobby had guests were a bit unsavory. One guest even started begging for some of my french fries from McDonalds as I waited for the elevator. The room was very musty and dirty, the bathroom tub was disgusting. The blanket had a large burn hole on it (This was a non-smoking room). I figured I could stick this out... until the morning cockroach showed up. It was time to go! I contacted Expedia and Red Roof was nice enough to waive their early check out fee. The front desk was also professional at check out.

“Will no go back.”

Hotel very poorly maintained. The hotel is next to the railway so you really have to struggle to get some sleep in between freight trains passing by all night. Thank God I had reserved for 1 night only.

“NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!”

We were suppose to be in a no smoking room. There were cigarette burns on the vanity countertop.. There was heavy smoking in the hall going to our room, cigarette buts on the floor. The bathroom door was a sliding door which was very difficult to close, nothing really to grab on to to close it. The couple we were with had mold around the ceiling in their shower. Glad it was just one night. Would NEVER go back there!!!!!
