We go to the area every year and this hotel was great, walk right onto the beach and our room/suite was absolutely awesome. The service was great everyone was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back again next year and stay a few extra nights. We absolutely loved our room and the service!!!

“Great place to stay!”

We enjoyed our stay very much in this hotel. Good complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, great showers, washer/dryer, and a very functional kitchen were some of the amenities in this hotel. We had some bad luck with a noisy air conditioner in room 501, but everything else was super.

“Great Beach Front Hotel”

The ocean front suites are great. Excellent views with direct access to a large, clean beach. The pools aren't too large but they are clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. We went on a Caribbean cruise and stayed here the night before we departed and for two additional nights upon our return. The hotel allowed us late check out on both our incoming and returning hotel stays without charge which was very convenient. The hotel is a little old but is in decent condition overall. We found the staff to be fairly laid back and not really attentive to maintenance details. We were not happy that they screwed up on our suite the first night of our stay however, they made up for it the remaining two nights with a free room upgrade with an ocean front suite.

“Great value - Outstanding view”

I got the oceanfront 2 bedroom suite, that can accommodate up to 6 people (even though they say max 4...). Ocean view is fantastic with windows from floor to ceiling. That type of room for surely is worth much more than what we paid. Furniture is nice with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and lots of space. Breakfast is free with many options, unless you go late... Hotel is understaffed, and that is the only downside. The maid did not do the room, but I was able to negotiate a very late checkout in exchange.

This hotel is great. Totally remodeled. Nice pool. Great views from every room. Very helpful and nice staff. I would recommend.

Very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and recommended things to do. The suite was very comfortable and roomy. The valet service was excellent. The only negative thing I have is the location of the hotel; and it isn't bad....but the entrance is just south of the stop light. If you are coming from the north and wanting to turn in, it is difficult if there is traffic in the northbound lane. This only happened a couple of times. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay and relax. Great job Marriott Residence Inn Pompano Beach.

Returned from a cruise and stayed 2 nights. Was very satisfied with the room and service. I was pleasantly suprised at the buffet breakfast served daily.

The hotel was great!!! The rooms are very large with all amenities that are came in very useful traveling with two small children.
