“Hotel on the Champs Elysees of Fort Lauderdale”
Older hotel perfectly restored with great location right on the Champs Elysees of Fort Lauderdale (Las Olas). Hotel staff and resturant outstanding and food reasonably priced. Numerous shops and restaurants on the bouelvard. Hotel also has a nice pool and and patio overlooking New River. Water taxis are available a block away for transportation to the beach via New River and the Intracoastal waterway, giving you an inexpensive sightseeing tour of the town from the water.
“GREAT AMBIENCE, GREAT PLACE TO STAY”
We had such a great time, very clean and beautifull, great staff, will came back soon.
“Riverside Hotel”
We had a wonderful time at the Riverside Hotel. We stayed in the executive tower and really enjoyed our room. The staff was wonderful and the hotel itself is very beautiful. The only complaint we had was the spotty wifi. We couldn't get connected very often and it was frustrating.
“Happy Customer”
The Riverside Hotel was recommended to me by a friend who lives in Ft. Lauderdale. I was not familiar with it but it's location was perfect for my needs. Every employee that I had interaction with at the hotel was personable and professional. The room was clean and had a nice view of the river. Room service breakfast was reasonably priced. I loved the old Florida charm of the hotel and the photographs of the evolution of the hotel over the past 75 years. Marleni at Preston's lobby bar was a real standout. I had a late check in and the bar was closing so I am sure she wanted to go home. She never rushed me, told me about the heritage of the hotel and invited me back for happy hour the next day. When I came back with friends the next day, the bar was very busy but Marleni gave me the same personal attention that she did when I was the only person there. I will definitely choose this hotel the next time I am in Ft. Lauderdale.
“Treated like roaylty!”
I felt like a princess during my one-night stay. I arrived early and as such did not expect to be able to get into my room right away, but it was already waiting for me. Every single staff member knew my name, and used it: a long-forgotten, but extremely flattering customer service habit. The men who handled my baggage were courteous and grateful for a tip, though they did not expect it, apparently. Room service was very reasonable and prompt. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Tip: spend a little extra on your room and it will be worth it!
“I'll be back!”
wonderful staff! beautiful hotel in a great location.
“Wonderful Weekend Get-away!”
We have stayed here a few occasions and again have not been disappointed. Food quality is very good. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. The room was quiet and the bedding is so comfortable, it's hard to get out of bed. The proximity to shopping and various restaurants is fabulous and we were able to use the pool facility this trip was also a really nice time. The pool is lovely. I'd recommend this as a boutique type of hotel as it is not big and crowded experience like some of those "all inclusive resorts". My husband and I really do enjoy the Riverside.
“Fort Lauderdale - Las Olas Blvd - Riverside Hotel”
Se stayed in the older part of the hotel, rooms were good size, bathroom workeable, work space adequate (not that you do much of that in FL). Staff were very friendly and courteous, went the extra yard for any questions or requests. Only shortfall (of the older section) is that the WiFi signal is weak and the room lacks enough easily accessible outlets for modern travelling electronics.
“Las olas best option to stay.”
In the heart of las olas close to everything.
