After being up for almost 30 hours we arrived 1/2 an hour before check-in time. We were told that we couldn’t access our room unless we paid $30.00. What a joke. We were able to put our luggage in a utility room that was locked. But nothing was documented regarding proof of ownership and there was already other peoples luggage in the room. Anyone could have walked out with other peoples luggage. Complimentary breakfast very underwhelming & the restaurant (?) was no more than a room with folding chairs and communal tables. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was unable to give an estimated arrival other than ‘up to 45 minutes’. We very nearly missed our flight.

This was a horrific “hotel” not at all like the pictures. It was more of a pay by the hour motel. Felt unsafe and dirty. The customer service was HORRIFIC. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. An excellent property for a layover between airport and cruise terminals. Shuttles between airport, hotel and ship are free and convenient. Food was very good.

A good place to stay before and after a cruise! The early check-in rate is very reasonable! The shuttle service to and from airport and cruise port is a real benefit!

Got there at 1pm. We had reservation. Clerk took ID and credit card and then told us it was too early. We had to come back at 3. When we did, clerk took id and credit card again and took at least 30 minutes to complete check-in. Said they were full. Only one elevator and our room in opposite corner. We are in our 80’s. Later saw young couple checking in to room by elevator.

The Roadway Inn was clean and staff friendly and nice gift/mini-store. However, walls were paper thin. Only one restaurant next door and no place to walk.

Massively overpriced, rooms smell and in poor condition with virtually no sound proofing despite being next to the airport. Doors don't fit properly, ceiling crumbling and evidence of mold. Airport transport not as advertised, it's irregular and slow to arrive in comparison to other hotel options. We reserved transport to the cruise on arrival but our reservation was lost. A feature of the check in experience which was sullen, unfriendly and slow. Breakfast selection tasted awful, was crowded and disposable tableware and styrofoam cups are a poor provision for both usage and the environment. There is no way I will ever stay at a Rodeway Inn ever again

We waited 2.5 hours at the airport for a shuttle we were told would take 45 minutes. When I called the hotel to check on it, the female working was extremely rude. There is also nothing around this hotel within walking distance, which was disappointing because we had a whole day here before catching our cruise ship the next day. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Super busy. I don’t like that it isn’t within walking distance of shopping. I also wish the announcements,for the people waiting out front for transportation, didn’t blare throughout the property.

We enjoy this location as it has a good airport/ cruiseport shuttle service. staff is helpfull. The breakfast area Captain is a Great guy and has been there for many years. we look forward to seeing him on each of our trips. Breakfast is good.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property waiting for our cruise…definitely will be staying again!!! Husbands phone fell out of his pocket on way to port in shuttle bus…hotel found it and kept it safe until we returned a week later. Not much to do right around hotel however it’s nice that there is a restaurant at hotel for our stay

Lobby is tacky. Breakfast is mostly what you would expect, but at a lower quality level. There's only one elevator, and you have to walk an awkward maze if you end up in a room on the far side of the hotel. The lighting makes it so your room doesn't get dark, even with blackout shades. And the 11am bus didn't leave until 11:45am. So we had to spend a lot of time sitting around waiting.

We arrived late after a long day of travel. Room was not as pictured when we booked. We were facing a back parking lot and it was late. I complained and was given a better room in the end. Not sure why I was given the first room when I had paid the amount I paid. Pictures did NOT match what I paid for. First room was smelly and smoky.

I paid extra to get in early after getting off a cruise ship and got locked out of my room for the two hours that I paid for . It was difficult to get any help because nobody speaks English there. My room smelled like sewage and mildew. I stayed there once before and had a good experience. This time was bad, and I will not come back.

The room is so beautiful and the people are incredibly profession and kind. The medalion is a good touch to the system. Food has good variety and yhe shops afe great thank you kindly for the on board credit. We will be sailing with you again.
