Cheap option, but walk to beach is long

Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: It is very clean, spacious rooms, and stays within budget. CVS, Starbucks, Winnie Dixie, and few other small shops are literally across the street.
Cons: Security around the building should be improved. Noticed suspicious activity on one occasion, Hotel should have map since beach is far away.
Location: There are 2 great restaurants (Greek and Italian) and 1 great breakfast place nearby.
If you are on a budget, this hotel is for you. It's clean and has its perks, the room is clean and spacious with its own terrace. Bed is soft though. It is surrounded by all residential buildings so you cannot access the beach easily. Nearest public beach is 5-7 min walk, or you can walk 5 minutes to Ocean Manor Hotel where you can access the beach, outside restaurant and bar and beach. It is located 5 miles from Las Olas, so you need to take a bus if you want to go there.

nice stay ruined by drunkin guest

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: nice clean rooms. good cable stations.. nice pool
Cons: the quality of some of the guests.
Location: its off the bea h so the view is of the highway. not great. however There is a Publix across the street which was convenient... also a star
the hotel was good well kept modern and clean.. However there was this middle aged adolescent jerk staying there who was constantly drunk and harassing the guests, me in particular , for no reason. He was insulting and quite irritating. I almost got into an actual physical confrontation.I left the hotel early because of him. I complained to the staff, and after that he left me alone. However he still continued in his idiotic drunkin behavior. It was like being with a spring break college kid in a 50 year olds body. Other that that the hotel was good. It was too bad my stay was spoiled by that guy.

Florida Vacation

Posted Apr 10, 2015
Pros: nothing at all sorry.
Cons: their staff for the first thing cause customers come first not the rude staff.
Location: don't know never stayed long enough.
We were supposed to have partial ocean view rooms and we got crap rooms and the staff were very rude and not willing to move us to the rooms that were booked in our package deal, they passed the mistake to Expedia and they were also rude to the person from Expedia when they called, I would never recomend this hotel to anyone. The pictures they post on their web must have been years ago when the hotel was new it is a garbage place in my point of view!

Interessante Lage, Zimmer geräumig

Posted Apr 8, 2015
Pros: Lage, geräumige Zimmer
Cons: Service-Bereitschaft

Within minutes to the beach, close to amenities.

Posted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: The bathroom was recently renovated and very appealing. I liked the kitchenette.
Cons: The balcony sliding doors need updating. They are in rough shape but functional.
Location: This location is within a short drive to many beaches.
We liked this hotel. I had coffee and breakfast on the balcony every morning. It was an easy walk to the beach to the south (no public restrooms or lifeguards there) and you are within walking distance to Lauderdale by the Sea beach to the north (more amenities, restrooms...). There was a grocery store, CVS, coffee and restaurants directly across the street and to the north and south. The hotel food was pretty good but you had to order in the bar. There wasn't service inside.

An Ok place to stay

Posted Apr 6, 2015
We booked the hotel during the spring break time which already added too much to the price which is not worth what the hotel has to offer. First - you won't have an easy access to the beach, you'd have to walk for around 10-15 minutes along the busy street on a narrow sidewalk. The hotel is located just a street across the ocean, but it all is blocked by private properties one would have to walk around. Second, the hotel being pretty well-maintained, when it's after 6 or 7pm the wifi is overloaded and you cannot get anywhere with your connection. Plus some other minor things that we found a bit disturbing. There's a nice restaurant "Ocean Grill" or something right across the street - really good food and service. Bottom line, I'd rather pay more next time to stay in the area closer to the FL beach park.
